They did a great job! They we quick and efficient! Job start to finish in a single day!Other than leaving me with a beautiful roof- on our house and sheds, you would not have known they were there!We have flowers surrounding our home and they were very careful not to damage any of them. There was even 1 perennial they dug and replanted so as not to damage it!These guys are great!I would hire them again!I also referred my son. Tom was able to get his roof claim approved- though the adjuster did not want to approve for hail damage claim. Tom was able to save the day , due to his knowledge and negating skills. The insurance did pay to have my son’s roof replaced!So glad we and my son hired him to help us navigate through the insurance claims. Love ether job he did!Thank you Tom!

Tom at Iny Exterior Services is the best when it comes to dealing with Insurance companies. He not only got our rental house approved for a new roof, but also the 2 car and 1 car garages. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend his company.He also took care of my neighbor with a roof and siding and soffit repairs. He treated her with a high degree of respect while she was going through some very difficult times. Tom is a great person to deal with.

My entire roof was damaged by hail in 2020 and then by a tornado in 2022. My insurance company didn’t want to do anything to help with hail damage and just wanted to patch 3-4 places for tornado damage. Tom Hebbe worked with/for me and with several adjusters for 2 years to convince the insurance company I needed a new roof and finally today I have a new roof. I highly recommend Tom and Indy Exterior to do a thorough and complete job on any of your roofing needs.

He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He was hands on from working with our insurance company to facilitate a claim for hail damage to helping us determine the best products for our needs. My insurance agent referred us to Mr. Tom Hebbe at Indy Exterior Services when we had the bad hail storms in June 2023 through the Greenwood, Indiana area. Tom’s fast response and hard work on taking damaged photos and professionally writing up a damage report to assistant my insurance company. My insurance company (SafeCo-Liberty Mutual) and Indy Exterior Services (Tom) worked together to fix all the hail damages, which included a new roof, gutters, damaged siding, screens, etc. That’s not even half of what Tom did for us. Once you get the ok from the insurance company, then the workmanship, quality of materials and how they are installed is so very important. Tom’s crew did a fantastic job installing all the quality material. Tom went above and beyond by installing types of material under the shingles to stop ice, moisture damage, etc.. Tom took the time to explain what his crew was doing with that material at my home and how other companies take short cuts when installing the underlining of the roof. Tom stayed in constant contact with me from start to finish and was at my home assisting with the job until completion. If you do not want any worries, then you need to give Tom a call. I recently had a raccoon chew a large hole in my roof. After having the raccoon trapped, removed and being assured there were no more in my attic, Tom sent Manuel and Jesus to repair my roof. They discovered a baby raccoon still in the attic. Jesus removed the baby, then volunteered to go up into the attic to check for more. No more babies were found but the raccoons had left a mess so Jesus went back up and cleaned it all up. Manuel and especially Jesus went way above and beyond their job description and what was expected of them. I highly recommend them.

Indy Exterior did an excellent job roofing our house. Tom came out on a Sunday and did an emergency tarp job before the crew could get out and replace our roof. We had heavy wind damage that shingles off onto one of our vehicles. Tim went the extra mile and delt directly with my insurance company and made the process so much easier than expected. He is an outstanding guy and would recommend Indy Exterior for any home needs.
