    Chuck and the team at Semper Fi Plumbing are top notch! They came out right away when we had an emergency situation and got it taken care of same day. Very informative and thoughtful and you can tell Chuck really cares about his business and giving his customers excellent service. Takes the time to explain what he installed and run you through operation. Reasonable pricing for his services and he even pointed out another small plumbing issue while here that took him just a second to fix but was still a major find as it could have been a big problem had it failed. Would give 6 stars if I could and will give future business exclusively to them!

    They did a great job replacing replacing the shutoff valve. Done in about an hour. Im not sure it was worth $270 ($240 with a military discount). Also, it has now been 3 weeks, and I still have not received an invoice. Is there a reason they dont give you an invoice? Changing the rating to 4 Stars. there apparently has been an email problem somewhere along the line. Chuck, the owner, came by personally to give my invoice.

    Chuck was fantastic! Called on Thursday came out same day. Sent his crew out Saturday morning arrived at 11 and my new water heater was fully installed by 12:30. The crew was very friendly and professional. Will definitely call again for any of my plumbing issues.

    Great work done on a repair I didnt realize was so extensive and which would have given me a lot of trouble if left unattended, and offered advice to make my life easier with plumbing issues.     Semper fi always faithful. The first thing I liked was a quick response followed by a prompt appointment. They arrived at the designated time.The workers diagnosed the issue with the toilet that kept running water. They had everything that was needed to fix and update it.     These guys did an amazing job. Had a main water valve in our house break at 8 pm on a Saturday night. Called 5 plumbers, they were they there 2 of 5 that called back and the only one to come out that night within 45 minutes. Temp fixed the problem until they got the part. Came back Monday morning and fixed asap. WOW. Nothing but good things to say about these guys!

    My sub pump > 9+ years old was making a loud grinding noise. My home flooded 1.5 years ago due to the street flooding, so I was anxious to make this a priority in the new year.     These guys are incredible! We had two plumbing companies not show up, we called Semper Fi and they showed up the next day. I asked them to replace a faucet because the old one wasnt working. To save me money, he said let me try to fix this faucet first. And it worked! If you need a trustworthy plumber, call them!!!!

    So I needed a replacement sump pump. From the first phone call Sunday afternoon till they finished the install Thursday, the service was exceptional!     I came home late at night to a flood from my water heater. A friend of mine recommended Semper Fi and Im so glad she did. They arrived the next morning, explained that they could do the job, but had another small job to do first. They came back, replaced the water heater and cleaned up the mess. Very impressed with their work, and nice guys too!

    First of all, this company is super responsive! I got a call back quickly and had someone out the next morning. Rocky came out to inspect our dated sump pump that gave us a scare during recent heavy rains. We just moved in our home that has a creepy, unkept closet where the sump pump lives. It was a maze of cords hidden beneath spider webs, old failed sump pumps and a battery back up of sorts that no longer worked. Rocky did a thorough inspection, detailing what needed to be done, provided me with a very fair quote and, much to my surprise, got to work right away to ease my anxiety. When the new installation was complete, he walked me through the system so I better understood what to expect and how it functions. He cleaned everything up, organized cords, and removed all the old sump pumps and components. His work, attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism deserves 1000 stars and we will definitely be calling Semper Fi for all of our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!!

    My daughters house had a sewer back up and we called these guys and they came out. They were in my basement for two and a half hours and busted their butts and did a top-notch job.     Chuck was fantastic to communicate with and coordinate a day for tear out and install. Rocky and Justin just replaced our cast iron plumbing system with PVC. Semper Fi sent Chuck to our home to listen to our needs and develop a solution with cost estimate. Chuck presented a solid solution meeting our requirements including a very reasonable estimate and won our trust. Chuck was the technician who came to our home to do the work. He completed the work in a smooth and orderly manner. The job was done as stated in the estimate with no surprises or added costs. Our house was left clean after the work was done.     There are not even words to describe how incredibly happy I am with the work done at my house. I had a drain in my floor that was possibly harboring dead bodies, with how badly it smelled. I had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. And I had a sink/garbage disposal that was jus not ok. All of those things are past tense because of the phenomenal work these guys - and girl!! - did. Let me say, I do not envy their job. This was hours of hard, horrible work, but they showed up on time, got it all done, and left me in a much better place than when they arrived. Not to mention, I was TERRIFIED of the price. Had no idea what to expect, but I had an amount in my head that I was ready to pay and be happy with. When I got my bill, it was less than half of my “happy” amount. I am freakin thrilled, bro. Through the roof. And I can’t forget to mention the fact that they were all incredibly personable, awesome people. Not a single bad thing to say.     If I could give Semper Fi Plumbing 10 stars I would, not only did they meet my expectations but exceeded them and beyond. They repaired/replaced part of my main sewer line under my slab, rerouted an old shower line, and hydro jetted my main. Chuck and Ryan performed the work and throughout the entire process they were extremely thorough and professional. Chuck took the time to explain to me what he was seeing along each stage of the work and what they would be doing next.By the end of the project everything worked perfectly and the jetting left my main line clean enough to eat off of. Before leaving Chuck and Ryan cleaned the entire work area and went over all the work that was performed, giving me a chance to ask any additional questions.Most of us usually dont think about our plumbing until it starts acting up.Semper Fi Plumbing returns that privilege to you and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.Thank you Chuck and Ryan!

    Quality service and work. Installed a tankless system at our home and couldnt be happier. Also installed a new sump pump with battery backup when ours failed.     Great Company for your home plumbing. First off when I called, I talked to a real person. I called because my toilet had been clogged, and couldnt get it to free up. They even tried to save me a service call, and gave me tips and tricks to try and free it up myself over the phone. I couldnt get it to free up, but Chuck said hed swing by first thing in the morning. Ill be calling Chuck for anything else I need in the future. I appreciate it once again, and Thanks again.
