Excellent customer service, and responsiveness. I messed up on a DIY and had a breaker tripping every time a switch was flipped. Called the office on Monday morning and although they were booked until the following week, they managed to free someone up to take care of my goof. Jim was my tech and he was great, friendly and took the time to show me where I went wrong. Great experience all around! -
