    This morning we just had our 16×40 deluxe garage delivered to our home. We are very happy with how it turned out! The Craftsmanship is outstanding! Estimated build time was ahead of schedule. Customer service from sales, to delivery, and set up was excellent! Highly recommend them! Definitely five stars!!

    Leroy was fantastic to work with. Was patient with all my questions. The delivery process was impressive. my 16 X 30 garage was unloaded and put in place in under 2 hours. Very happy with the construction and the materials used. But most of all I am happy with the integrity of Mini Barns. I signed my contract about a month before the wood prices , started to soar. Despite the increases that were out of their control, they honored the contract price. I have already recommended Mini Barns to others and will continue to do so.

    I had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. Everyone was helpful, responsive and thoughtful. The ability to customize the standard plan with respect to roof pitch, door design as well as matching the color to my house was greatly appreciated.     Our experience with Lakeshore Mini Barns was phenomenal! Having the sheds for customers to be able to walk into and look at on their business grounds was very helpful as it ensured what we wanted. Pricing was very reasonable, and the delivery process was very professional and efficient. We were even able to select a design and color scheme that closely matches our house! The shed is high-quality and weve already begun the process of putting it to good use. I would highly recommend for anyone that has the need (or want) for a storage shed!

    You MUST GET YOUR SHED HERE!!! I did a lot of research and this was the place to go. Not Tuff Shed. Not Premier Sheds. LAKESHORE MINI BARNS!!!! TRUST ME!!!     I stopped at Lakeshore Mini Barns to look at sheds. There were lots of sheds on display so I didnt need to just depend on a picture to compare and pick a style. The sheds are built very well and the prices are very fair. I purchased a 12 x 24 shed. I was told right away what the lead time would be and it was delivered when promised. They have a great delivery system and placed the shed exactly where I wanted and was straight and level. So with good products, fair pricing and excellent customer service, I would buy from this company again in a heartbeat.

    Very positive experience. Great workmanship on the shed, we love it. Delivered on schedule. Were glad we used the Graystone pad contractor (separate from Lakeshore Mini Barns) as we needed significant prep and leveling. Minor lawn damage was easily repaired. Lakeshore was able to provide matching paint as well.

    I would highly recommend Lakeshore mini barns! They were helpful and friendly when I came in to order a shed. The shed was delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule which was a very nice surprise! And looks great!! They also recommended Graystone gravel and he did a great job as well to prepare for my new shed :)

    We looked at several different places for a shed. When we visited Lakeshore Mini Barns we knew our search was over. Not only did they have the best quality we had seen but they were also incredible to work with. They had a massive selection sheds on property so that you could see all the different styles, colors and customizable options. They were incredibly friendly and wee willing to work with us with whatever ideas we had for our shed. They did an amazing job of delivering and placing it in our backyard. The quality was even better than I had hoped.

    Bar none the best bang for your buck here with the quality you won’t see elsewhere! They custom built and put our windows and doors where we wanted them. We built a little chicken coop on one end. We love ours and would go nowhere else if we need another!
