    Mike came down on July 6, a day after our home was flooded by the destructive storms that destroyed the town dam. He worked to get almost 8 of water out of our finished basement. 100% would go with them again.

    Scour has very professional team. Working with them on a smart phone really expedited the entire process from estimate to booking to payment. The technician was quick and efficient. Be sure, however, to clear a sizable radius around the sewer clean out in advance if at all possible. Invariably, waste water will travel. Their water jet equipment seems superior to traditional drain snakes and the amount of the estimate was correct. So, I would definitely hire them again.

    First time using this company. All went well, and they did good work and fast. Also they offer lending threw an outside source wisetack, which was very helpful. Price was a little on the higher end for some work, but u pay for what u get, and they did great!

    A week ago I discovered a 4 inch PVC pipe was broken 6 feet underground. To fix this issue using traditional methods, I would have had to hire someone to disassemble a retaining wall and get a backhoe to excavate and replace the broken section. I contacted Michael Tessmer and he came over to review the issue.They suggested NuFlow technology which doesnt require any excavation. This is a pipe liner - the broken pipe is cleaned, prepared, and a liner is inserted through the pipe to the broken section and inflated with a bladder. Its left to cure for 24 hours and takes the shape of the inside of the broken pipe with the epoxy curing in place. Left overnight, the team came back the next day and removed everything from the drainage pipe. They showed me the repaired section on the bore scope....just like new! Thank you so much to Scour Plumping, Michael Tessmer and his apprentice, Jody, for saving a lot of work and cost with this liner system!

    I woke up on a Saturday morning with a mess in my basement .I called several plumbers either no response or couldn’t come for days .finally was given this name if Scour Sewer and drain . He called back within minutes I was so happy he said he was busy but would come asap. He showed up checked out my sewer drain got his camera showed the problem and gave me several options as to what I could afford . Problem solved worked with me on any issues was very professional and informative I was so happy to have my drain fixed so quickly now they have this site in shawano I would highly recommend them Great job!!!

    Very pleasant to work with. Came out quickly to view the project, gave us a rapid response on the quote. Once quote was accepted by us and a small retainer paid, we were scheduled in a couple of days to get the work done. The original work order was to fix a leaking kitchen sink that was poorly plumbed and to fix a pump that wasn’t draining water out of the basement. He noticed the hot water was not vented correctly by the previous owners which could cause the house to burn down or cause carbon monoxide poisoning. He drew our attention to this and fixed this issue as well. We are so grateful for them. Thank you isn’t enough as they went beyond what was originally bargained for.
