I just want to thank these great guys who came to my home today when I called afraid that I had a carbon monoxide problem. They came right away and were very thorough and even explained everything they were doing to check for leaks. They really gave me peace of mind.

This year was my first time having issues with my central air conditioner. I called on a Friday when it was very hot and busy for them and they were able to come fix my problem within 3 days. The tech was very knowledgeable and they were able to work with me on price. I will definitely be calling them if I have an issue again.

My heat went out in the night. Northern heating technician Ryan was here by 930 am. For an 11 am appt time. He was very knowledgeable. He found water in my line and cleaned the screen. The furnace stopped working again at 445 pm. Ryan had gone home at 330... 30 minutes away. Ryan came back into town to get a code off the furnace and cleaned the igniter. He postponed dinner to help me. He even pointed out a hazard where my hot water heater is concerned. My furnace has been working great ever since. The only negative is there is a woman who takes the calls for emergencies..after hours. I called at 530 am...left a message and she never returned my phone call. I called northern main office as well and left a message. I had to call again at 7 am...and someone answered the main shop. If you dont return an emergency call....you shouldnt be the contact and have that responsibility.
