JL&F have helped us time and time again. They have always gone the extra mile, even on exhausting and challenging projects. As a young woman I have always felt respected and very comfortable with them in my home. I so appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions and teach me along the way. They are transparent about budget, variables, and timing of projects. I have never had a contractor be as personable and kind as them, Jesse and Zach are truly a dream team and I feel very fortunate to have access to their services. Mackenzie is also very helpful with billing and scheduling. Thank you all!

Even though it was later in the evening when we called, they came to help quickly. It was a mess, but they fixed it with minimal tear out. They were polite and explained the problem so we could understand the whole of the situation. Best of all, they could have done more and charged more, but they fixed the problem and didn’t take advantage. Hope we don’t have to, but would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended.

Very happy with service as our sewer lines was backing up on a weekend day! They sent someone to assess within 20 mins of the problem and someone came out next day, cleared it so we could shower, use the sink, and toilet again! We had JL&F plumbing install a laundry room sink in our new house and they did a great job. They ran new water lines, took extra time to make sure there were no small leaks anywhere and that everything worked properly. Very reasonable pricing. The guys that came to do the install cleaned everything up afterwards and were very respectful. This is a great locally owned business that we will be using again in the future.

Plumbing emergencies always happen at the most inopportune time. The price for after hours and weekends is usually a lot higher. That wasnt the case with JP & F. They came out on the Sunday of Memorial day weekend and made quick work of the problem in my gray line. Not only that, they took the time to go above and beyond to check out the rest of the system and give me some solid advice on how to maintain it.They didnt overcharge me and they were in no rush to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. They had every piece of equipment with them to do the job and it was all well maintained and in good working condition. It was reassuring to know that no matter what they found wrong with my system, they would be prepared to fix it properly. Very courteous and professional. I will not call any other company for my future plumbing needs and I would recommend them without reservations.

JL&F plumbing saved my bathroom! I noticed a small leak around my tub and called them to take a look at it. What I thought was a small leaked turned into a major problem. I ended up replacing my entire water supply to my house, my drain lines to the house, and the sewer line. Jesse and his boy Wes were very professional and knowledgeable. Everything they did was done in a timely manner and was done right. They’re the type of business you can tell quality and a “good job” means something to them. And that’s what they delivered. I called Jesse Thursday to show him the issue and I had a new water system in my entire house by Saturday. I couldn’t be any happier with this business. We had a leaking septic pipe under our house that was causing smells in our vent and they replaced it and did much more. Would recommend to anyone. We are buying a house that needed a LOT of plumbing issues taken care of so we could close. Jesse and a couple of his guys were able to come out on short notice and get it done. they spend 2 days on it all. A hot water tank, three sinks, a shower and drill through 15 inches of concrete to get it done. They were all professional, clean and courteous. I plan to have they come out and complete a full renovation of our master bath after we close. They are on the top of my referral list for anyone needing plumbing help.

Great company to work with. Makes sure the homeowner/customer in fully informed of what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Very upfront with their expectations of the job. I had some old termite damage that was uncovered, after a little bit of inspecting the surrounding area found out there was also some water damage from poor drainage and improperly installed siding. They were able to work with me by identifying my issues and giving me solutions and not guesses to a fix. Happy to say that I am fully pleased with the end result and will definitely use them in the future for any issues/projects I might have.

We had Mr. Jesse I’ve today after our 2year old flushed a large carrot down the toilet and clogging it. He fixed it in no time and came on a Saturday. He also showed me a couple of things plumbing maintenance wise around my house which was very helpful. He definitely goes above and beyond and was very reasonably priced. Can’t ask for better service nor better person to help in a time of need. I would say if you live in Seymour, Fordland, or Rogersville-This is your guy!

Jesse responded almost instantly to our late-afternoon-Monday request to check out a leak in our utility room, which turned out to be the 20+ year old water heater. He quoted us some $$ numbers and made arrangements to return the next day with replacement equipment which he then installed over the next day-and-a-half (WH, water softener & gas line upgrades).I appreciate that Jesse took the time to explain things some of the more curious among us like to know, including how even the tiniest leak that quickly evaporates and isnt enough to make anything wet can be hugely problematic given the right conditions (looking at you, old water softener, with your salty air corroding my brass...). Small Leaks Matter, folks: call your plumber (highly recommend JL&F Plumbing, btw).We appreciate how quickly JL&F responded to our emergency and how quickly we were back up and running with hot (and softened) water.All this, at a very fair price, finishing under the quote. I know what the letters JL&F stand for in the company name, but you could as accurately say, Just, Legitimate & Fair.

Our septic line froze on December 23rd. Needless to say, Christmas was canceled. We had called another company who spent 3 hours here trying to unclog a frozen line. The tech was young and definitely didnt recognize it was a frozen line. We spent $400 for his time. At the end, he told us it was frozen. Jesse came out right after Christmas, and even though he couldnt fix it at the time (still frozen), he said he would return in a couple of days when the weather warmed up and the line thawed. He did just that and got us running again. We are so thankful for him and will definitely be using him for the septic line repairs. Great family owned company! I highly recommend them.
