Rob and his crew were absolutely wonderful all around. Rob himself is the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. He built a guest house for my dad on our property. From the initial consultation to the finished product, Rob made suggestions, helped solve problems, and made everything that we needed happen.All of the men who worked with him including the carpenters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC guys, painters, and jack of all trades, Ronnie, were all hard workers and always polite. They cleaned up the messes made at the end of every day. Rob came in under budget and well within the time-frame given for completion. He even started right on time! My dad is thrilled with his new home. We are so grateful that Rob made this happen for us. I would highly recommend Rob and his crew for any of your construction/remodeling jobs.

Rob Schwartz contracting just finished installing a beautiful new roof for me. Rob was hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. He was quick to respond from the initial consultation, to all the details of the work, style choices, insurance estimate needs, and the work itself. I was blown away that his team were able to do a completely new roof (decking to shingles) in one day! And that includes clean up. They were professional, neat, thorough, and polite. Rob himself went out of his way to make sure I understood every part of the process, and was extremely helpful. I would use them again and recommend this company to everyone I know!

We had a new roof, windows, soffit, gutter, flooring and some repairs under the house, as well as a wall in the house, done with Schwartz. The team was amazing! They are respectful, hard working and professional. They took their time making sure everything they did was perfect. We couldn’t be happier with the work the guys did and will call them anytime we need anything done to the house! You can’t go wrong with Schwartz!
