We recieved amazing highly skilled service! We only have one bathroom so when a hard piece of plastic was accidentally flushed down and our clogged toilet needed repair we very much appreciated the same day service. Rich called when he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, kept us updated as he was working, and was fully transparent about the expected costs and work involved. He cleaned up everything and did an excellent job. The whole job was reasonably priced. Rich went above and beyond and we are so thankful.

This Plumber is Amazing. They are very friendly. Communication is A+ from setting the appointment to day they came out to work! The plumber answered all of our questions, a very nice guy. They did a excellent job in our bathroom replacing the fixtures such as the tub spout, shower head, to a hot/cold water single lever, and tub drain spout in our tub. Looks Amazing. The gentlemen from Maffet Plumbing installed a laundry tub, faucet, water lines and a new PVC drain line to ensure a hook up for a washer and dryer in a Neighborhood Center in Camden. They also had to install a dryer vent through a cinder block wall. They worked all day in a rather small space and to my delight and surprise they even installed and connected the washer and dryer which had to be moved from a social hall to the new laundry room. They were polite, good natured and definitely went the extra mile and cleaned up after all of their work. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

We wanted to get both our exterior hose bibs fixed/replaced. David came out and listened to our concerns. He was very cordial and professional. Once we discussed what the issues were, we walked to both areas so he could see first hand what the problems were. He than thoroughly explained what our options were. He replaced one hose bib and some piping along with replacing some washers on the second hose bib. Pricing was reasonable and the best part was that he was able to fix them on the spot in about an hour!

I ran in to an issue with a slow shower drain over the weekend. After trying unsuccessfully to fix it on my own, I called Maffet on the referral of my friend (thanks Kelli!). Aaron was friendly and helpful on the phone, he even managed to secure an appointment for me later that day. Chris showed up on time and was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We discussed the problem, the problems with the problem, and what the options were. He fielded all of my questions on this job and we discussed another upcoming project. He got to work and managed to not only clear the clog, but also was able to fix a problem caused by another contractor.Chris was incredibly helpful, cleaned up the site when he was finished and, most importantly, didn’t talk down to me. Unfortunately that’s not always the case when meeting with someone for a repair issue. I wish more companies were like Maffet and more repair were fielded by people like Chris.

Called Maffet to help with some outdoor spigot problems. Janice was great and answered a bunch of questions I had and helped schedule time for an estimate. Chris and Ken showed up and we talked through what was needed. I found the prices to be a slight bit higher than what I expected, though I must say that they were both friendly and they did really great work. They did the replacements I needed and were fast and efficient. I tried not to hover, but also wanted to watch and maybe learn a bit and they were gracious in accommodating. All told, they were done in about an hour and verified their fixes. They also helped answer some questions, as I recently moved in and wasnt sure the purpose of some of the fittings in the house. All told, you may be able to get better prices somewhere else, but I dont think youll get the same service. I would absolutely call again to discuss future work, if/when that time comes.

Maffet Plumbing Services was remarkable. We had a cracked sewer pipe that needed to be replaced in our new home. MPS was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Aaron was very helpful in answering all of my new home-buyer questions and took his time explaining everything and doing a quality job. He went out of his way to replace a pipe under our kitchen sink that we had no idea was clogged, which saved us from future problems. He left the workspaces very clean, too! I knew Kim and Aaron before I needed plumbing service, so I was happy to hire a company that I actually knew the owners, however I would write this review if I didn’t know them. Before Frank showed up (on time) I received phone calls from the office and the tech advising me when he would arrive. He came into the house with booties which made me glad that they didn’t want to track in dirt from the other jobs he had done before me. He explained what I needed, had the parts with him, made the repair and produced the invoice in under an hour. Proficient and efficient!!! Apparently the piece that is supposed to detect water and turn off the system isn’t working.We called on a Saturday night around 5 pm and within the hour Tom arrived. Aaron Maffet came out to our house the day after a big storm, that caused some flooding in our basement. He not only helped us unclog the storm drain at the base of our stairs leading into the basement, he also checked to make sure the rest of the drains were working as well. As new homeowners we didn’t know that our house had a French drain system, that when working properly would prevent any future flooding. He helped with some discovery work to allow us to feel more comfortable during the next storm. And we haven’t had any flooding in the basement since. We plan to do some regular maintenance to make sure we are safe during all the future storms to come. We will always look to Aaron for any of our future plumbing needs!
