    Rojas recently stained our cabin in the Smokies. The old stain was peeling away and quite a bit of moisture had built up underneath the old stain layer. Rojas provided a very competitive bid and we hired them for the job. I could not be happier with the outcome. The home now looks beautiful, like a newly built cabin. The best thing about Rojas is they don’t just do the job, they above and beyond. They noticed some rotting posts that were water logged and ready to fall off. They gave a recommendation for a quick fix and the right way to address the issue and price for each. They made a suggestion, but never pushed. The ultimate decision was ours to make.Did things go wrong, during the job, of course they did. These guys are out there hanging on the side of the cliff trying to stain exposed areas, things won’t go perfect. But it was the way Rojas handled the job that was truly impressive. As an example, we had blocked the cabin for staining but then it rained. Something completely out of anyone’s control. We did not have another big window until fall and there was only a small 3-day window available. Rojas not only brought the crew out on Sunday to get the staining job started, but doubled up on the crew to meet the timing deadline. Rojas stuck to the initial estimate and only charged me for things I added on (and let me tell you the added costs were very reasonable based on the repairs that were really needed).I see a few complaints here about the lack of service, inflated quotes, etc. I can only assume that these are retaliatory reviews as my experience with Rojas was fantastic. I highly recommend Rojas for staining and other carpentry needs. Don’t believe the hype and hire these guys if you need your cabin stained with high quality and stress free.

    I recently had my cabin stained and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only were they incredibly fast, but the quality of their work was simply amazing. My cabin looks brand new! I highly recommend Rojas to anyone looking for top-notch stain job !!

    Our first encounter with Rojas Construction - they stained our cabin in Gatlinburg. We are local and have been looking for a business to do that. Rojas was lower estimate and responded quickly. Everyone was professional and we are more than happy with the work on our cabin. Will use Rojas again. We trust this company!

    I came to Googles Reviews to share my encounter with Joseph Rojas and his business of Rojas Construction and Painting, and was surprised to see the review posted a few week ago.My wife and I needed to have our large deck surrounding a corner of our house, the deck surrounding our swimming pool and a wooden storing building, to be painted.After seeing Mr. Rojas works on a house just across from our house, I asked him to come by and give us a quote, which he did right away.He discussed in detail what would be done. The wood would be cleaned, and would be smoothed, and then would lighten it, before paining.The wood looked the same as it did when it was first built.The workers were at work by 8:00 am, and they worked through the day until 6:00 or 7:00 pm.... Monday through Saturdays.Joseph came by frequently to check on how things were going, and if he saw anything that did not match his standard, he had it corrected immediately.Even though it took one more day to complete the work, and some additional paint had to be brought , the price was exactly what he quoted to us.Some neighbors have commented how good the work appears.We are so pleased that we have asked him to come back in a few weeks to do some other work that we need to have done.

    Rojas just painted our house exterior. Couldnt be more pleased with the work or the price. Our house was not an easy job - older home. They were detail oriented and responsive to my requests, went the extra mile to make me happy with the job. Price was very reasonable for the work performed.

    I used Rojas Painting and Staining to rebuild our home after a fire His guys did a great hoof replacing trusses, replacing the underlayyment and installing hardwood floors. They installed kitchen cabinets and painting the interior. They built a new dining room and exterior decks. They painted and stained the exterior.Rojas and his guys were a breath of fresh air after a tramatic event.
