    I have been dealing with these guys for over 20 years. They’ve always done right by me, and take care of my issues. This time my dishwasher wasn’t working, wasn’t draining all the way. Evan was the technician that came, and he diagnosed the problem very quickly. He didn’t have the part in his truck, but had the part back at the shop. Said he would be back first thing in the morning and he was. Change the part and everything is working great. Not only did I find Evan knowledgeable, he was also very polite. Hard to find workers like this nowadays. So happy this shop is in my neighborhood.

    Evan was great! I called on a cold Sunday morning during a holiday weekend, when the heat went out. We worked out a time for him to come over and fix the system, he showed up as promised. He found the issue, fixed it and charged what was agreed.I would recommend.

    Our central air went out on a very hot 90 degree Saturday. A friend recommended Alltech specifically Evan. He came out on a Saturday night to diagnose the situation. I mean who does that these days!! Came back the very next day with what he needed and got us back up and running and he has a great personality too. I highly recommend them!!

    Good work, honest pricing. I found them when one of the big service companies, which I had dealt with many times, and had paid thousands to, refused to do an emergency repair when I was out of town, because I was unable to send them a FAX affirming that I wanted the work done! I called All Tech because they had done some minor work for me in the past. They responded immediately to our water heater leak, and did an expert repair. They are a great company, and still small enough to really care about their customers.

    After a horrible experience with another company, we were in dire need of repair to our dryer. We found Alltech Services online and scheduled a tech to come repair the dryer. Evan from Alltech showed up in a timely manner. He was professional and friendly. Even my dog liked him! The first technician we tried (wont name company) left my dryer in pieces, walked out door, and never came back. Evan was a total different experience. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it, AND put the dryer back together in no time. Dryer working perfectly now.Def reccomend AllTech Services.Thank you, Evan!

    Thank you, All-Tech Services, for going far above and beyond to get the job done!My family has been an All-Tech customer for the past 4 years. We were always happy with their knowledgeable and friendly service but recently they surpassed our already high expectations.It was Thanksgiving weekend 2018. We had family visiting and when I turned on the upstairs thermostat for heat nothing happened. The bedroom upstairs was getting cold fast so I called All-Tech. They promptly sent a technician to help my family. The first technician that arrived worked diligently to solve the problem but my heating unit did not respond to all the standard fixes. Just my luck, I had the needle in a haystack heating problem.All-Tech then sent a superstar team of highly experienced technicians to find a solution. They logically eliminated many possible causes of my heating problem and even replaced some parts. They would not give up! Seriously, they embraced the challenge and we knew they would find a solution. At 4:30 pm our confidence was rewarded. They came upstairs and showed us a horribly worn out piece of the heating unit that had broken. This was a very unusual piece that caused the problem. It prevented heat from rising to the second-floor. We were elated that they had solved the problem!I wanted to share our story because the Dream Team at All-Tech went far above and beyond to help my family and we are grateful and warm thanks to them!     So many places will not sell you parts because they want to come to your house and get their service visit fee. I get it. But these people happy to sell you parts. Women who answered phone very knowledgeable. She knew part numbers off the top of her head. Pretty cool. Every tech walking in and out very friendly. At least 3 passed by and not a grump in the bunch. Their serivce trucks were clean and professional looking. I would use them for a house call now if needed over my local repair place in Miller place, who while having an actual storefront refused to sell me part which without a doubt they had on hand. I say this with high confidence because thermal fuses are a very popular fail point for dryers, there are basically two configurations and item is under $20 retail. So a guy 2 miles from my house and likely having a few on hand would not help a neighbor out. It worked out for the better as it caused me to search and find Alltech in Selden.

    The in door ice and water stopped working in my fridge. The All tech rep came over and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and returned two days later with the part. It was installed in 20 minutes and now the fridge works correctly.
