My husband and I were literally blown away by D. J. Hayes from Thomas Independent Plumbing services. When he said he was going to be here, he was on Friday afternoon, April 26, 2024.He was going to replace our toilet the same day tile installers had completed our floors. When he saw the toilet we had to have reinstalled, he was so forthright to inform us of our options. His recommendation made perfect sense and I finally got rid of the toilet Ive hated since I bought it Customer Services seems to have disappeared since Covid, but now I feel that Thomas Plumbing and D.J. have helped it return.Thank You Thomas Plumbing and D.J. for your kindness, honesty and great service.Mickey M.

Customer service was prompt, detailed, and friendly. The gentleman who did the repairs walked me through the issues that needed addressing and was very thorough with his work. Consider them if you need a toilet fixed and an unknown leak checked out!

They replaced a hot water recirc pump, put a timer on it so we could decide when to have continuous hot water in the bathrooms, then they upgraded a toilette powerflush insert so we didnt have to change out the entire toilette. Super smart and reliable service team!

They were excellent. Very easy to deal with on the phone and in person. Ended up being able to squeeze us in more quickly than anticipated and fixed our outdoor faucet in about 10 minutes. Weve had no leaks since. They were competitively priced as well. I would highly recommend them to others.

I had an outdoor water faucet that was needing replaced, and leaking water continuously. They came out and replaced it the same day I called. I tried another local plumber first and couldnt get them to show up. Ive used Thomas Independent a couple times now and theyre very professional, on-time, and offer quality work.

After dealing with one of the most callous, uncaring plumbers on the planet (Craig Plumbing), we found Thomas Independent Plumbing to be a breath of fresh air. They took excellent care of my 80-year-old mother and the new shower stall she so desperately needed.They were exceptionally kind and amazingly efficient. After waiting almost three months for a plumber that never showed, Marty and his crew had the ancient tub and shower completely removed and a beautiful new walk-in shower installed in less than a week. They even installed a new toilet to make things easier for her.The people of Sedalia have no idea how lucky they are to have Thomas Independent Plumbing in their area!!

Thomas Independent Plumbing is without a doubt the best plumbing company in this area.I have used them for 20+ years for everything from typical plumbing issues to remodeling and am always extremely satisfied.Marty (Aaron s dad) was the best, and Aaron, along with his team have definitely carried on the tradition.Not only is the job done in a timely manner, but it is also done with precision and accuracy. They take great pride in the work they do.Thomas is the only one I have called for plumbing needs in the past 20+ years and the only ones I will be calling in the foreseeable future.
