    I dont have a big house and Im not a wealthy man. Im just retired military.This company took very good care of my house and involved me in everything that I wanted done to my house. New roof to include dormers, siding, new front porch and guttering along with replacement windows throughout the house. This company did everything I wanted and did the work as if it was their own house. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with every step of the way of the total home face-lift.I would refer them to any because of the attention to detail and professionalism they show while working. This company wont cut corners. They do it right the first time as it should be.

    We are extremely pleased with our new composite deck and screened-in porch. Its such a beautiful and a peaceful area to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The professionalism and attention-to-detail by the project designer, project manager, and construction crew was top-notch. From the moment we sat down and discussed our vision for our back porch, to the process of bringing the design and completion of same to fruition, it was a project consisting of great communication, feedback, brainstorming, and a job well done!     We had our front porch replaced and new siding put on our house. The results were amazing! This company was excellent to work with. They made sure we were happy with the results and if not they would do their best to correct it. They are hard workers and showed up on time and worked hard all day. They did a good job of cleaning everything up at end. They also guarantee their work. We will definitely use them again if we have another project. Recommend you contact them if you are looking for a good company to do your project.

    We had our old deck replaced with a beautiful maintenance Free deck. Everything that was contracted to do was done, and then some. The crew was very nice, reliable, and stayed on the job, until completion. Just can’t say enough about the company, starting with the sales person , office personnel, project manager, to the crew.     We contacted US Quality Construction in April 2022 for a new deck…tear out of the old wooden deck including footings, and a composite replacement. Diane, Denis and Tim were amazing! From scheduling to estimate to completion they made it so easy. We had a vision to enlarge our deck as well and they made that vision a reality. We couldn’t be happier! Not only is it beautiful but the quality is 100%. The house may fall down but the deck never will!! Once the crew started demo we had our new deck in 9 business days!We definitely recommend this great company!

    We recently had our house resided by this company and I would highly recommend them. Everything has gone well from the beginning, from calling them to having them come out and give us an estimate to the final job. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in all aspects.     We had 13 new windows, new siding & a new composite deck installed. If you are needing exterior work, we highly recommend US Quality Construction Company. They are a locally owned small, but growing company. Their attention to detail & quality workmanship is superb! A company you can trust!!! We cannot say enough good things about this company! One of the owners was onsite at all times and both he & his crew worked diligently & effectively to complete the project. It took 5 days, (with a small amount to be completed when the last custom-made window arrives). We definitely will be rehiring them next year to add a covered, screened-in deck.

    My wife and I completed construction on our new lake home on Truman Lake in 2020. Because we werent sure how we wanted to complete the deck and patio areas of the home, we had been living with a treated plywood floor and temporary 2x4 railings for the past year while we searched for the best contractor with the best ideas for the project. We received quotes and information from a number of folks, but we ultimately chose US Quality Construction. They just completed the work and we could not be more thrilled with the on time, on budget, beautiful results. High quality, conscientious work from start to finish. From Randy to Tim, Vlad, Diana and the entire team that helped with the work, it was all outstanding.

    It’s impossible to overstate how happy we were with the people, quality of work and overall experience we received from US Quality Construction. We contracted with the company to do a full deck replacement and new rails and screening on two screened-in porches. This was a huge job – essentially the equivalent of two deck installations (plus the porches). While the job was huge, US Quality Construction was more than up for the task. Despite the size of the project, the number of problems was minimal (and what problems did occur were to be expected and were quickly addressed by the crew). And when I say minimal, I use this as an example: We’ve had infinitely more problems with a kitchen backsplash installation (different contractor, of course) that we were doing concurrently with the deck install than we did with the deck project. Of note – we want to give our highest praise to the crew. They were focused, courteous, solution-oriented and hard workers. We were fortunate to have the daily onsite oversight of co-owner Vladimir Tutevich, who was amazing. In addition, the other co-owner Tim Kondradtyuk was super helpful in ensuring permits were obtained, ordering and communicating about delivery of supplies and more. These gentleman have clearly built a company built on a culture of quality, accountability and customer satisfaction. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know and would work with them again without a moment’s hesitation.

    If you need any kind of outdoor construction or remodeling work, I wholeheartedly recommend giving US Quality Construction a try. In my case, the squirrels who repeatedly chewed thru the original wood siding on my home finally won, and I needed vinyl siding installed. After four other estimates, I went with Tim and his brother because they were the only company who wrapped my house in Tyvek prior to installing the siding. That was a good decision. I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s beautiful!!! After several weeks, I still have neighbors stopping by to comment on how great the siding looks. This company is honest, reliable and reasonably priced. All my questions were answered and the payment process was easy and flexible. I received exactly what was promised and they did all of it in ONE day! I can’t say enough good things about the great job they did!

    We just had our house installed with the quality sidings. The team of workers were impressive in that their work ethic was unusually deminstrated with the following qualities and values: conscientious, meticulously attentive to details, prompt in respinse to requests without any mental delay, capentry skills, reliable, honest! I have never seen these attitudes from any workers who did any work on our house during the last 23 years! They represent the old school of being proud of the products of their works. A couple of leaders are examplary and model for others. The weather condition was unfriendly but they did not cut corners. On a few occasions, i made one or two workers remunded of some spots and they never require to be further reminded of my previous notes! I am fully satisfied with their workmanship. I would enthusiastically recommend anyine to emoloy them if he/she plan to do this sort of work.

    Once my deck was started, it was finished within a few days (minus a couple of small items). There was a slight communications problem between the lead contractor and the ones who actually did the work. For example, the contract for my deck included a drink rail and a stair gate at the top of the stairs. This was not included in the instructions for the ones actually doing the work (according to the ones doing the work). That added another couple of days to the job, which was not that big of a deal, of course. So, for the most part, Im very satisfied with the results - not the price - but the appearance and workmanship of the end result.

Explained process with great detail. Their work was done in a timely fashion. The siding looks great on our church, actually makes it look bigger. I would highly recommend them for a project

    The outside of my lake house was in desperate need of repair. I did a Google search, read reviews and looked up reports on BBB. I selected US Quality Construction and am very happy I did. They were responsive and listened to my concept of what I wanted. They well exceeded my vision. The quality of work and professionalism was outstanding. I had windows, siding, a deck and a new roof installed. Additionally I wanted a special order sliding door for my view of the lake. US Quality Construction well exceed my expectations. From the sales rep, to management, to the guys swinging hammers were all professional and a pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

    Great company! From start to finish these guys were exceptional. We were looking for someone to replace existing vinyl siding with a composite siding on our lake home and build a small cedar awning over the front door. We got multiple bids from a few different companies. Tim did a great job working with us to find the best bang for the buck. Their prices were fair and affordable. We decided to go with the alside ascend composite siding and were not disappointed. Vlad and his crew were amazing. They were done in 2 days and it looks great! They went above and beyond our expectations. From start to finish it took about a month (and thats just because the product took 3 weeks to get delivered). If youre in the market go with these guys...they wont disappoint.

    Tim was very responsive and helpful through out the process of siding our home. Tim brought by samples and made sure we understood the difference in each type of siding. Tim also went out of his way in helping us deal with an insurance company. The crew showed up to our house on the designated day, and within an hour had the old siding removed. Tims crew worked all day, to finish the job. There were a couple of small things that Tim came back to finish. Overall we couldnt be more pleased with the finished product, and outstanding service we received from Tim and his company. I would highly recommend US Quality Construction Company.
