    So just last week, Maxwell Plumbing came out to run a water line from the street to my house (for city water). From the moment I called Courtney towards the end of August to schedule an estimate, my experience was nothing but positive. The first time she answered the phone, I knew this would be a good experience. She was so pleasant and accommodating, each and every time I called (which was kind-of a lot🤣🤦🏻‍♀️).Fast-forward to about a week and a half ago. I was finally ready to get the job done, and they put me on the schedule almost right away. The day they came to my house to start the job, I spoke with Richard on the phone a few times, since I wasnt home. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. I really appreciated that. When I got home later that day, I met and spoke with Jason, who was just as knowledgeable, professional and nice as Richard. Jason took time out to talk to me about questions I had (yep, more questions), even though he was completely in the middle of digging and covered in dirt. Plus, it had to have been the hottest day in the whole month. I grabbed them drinks and let them be. When they finished up the job, I was super impressed at how everything looked and was cleaned up. Jason swept all of the dirt off of the driveway, and put all of the grass back in place over the work they had done. If I didnt know any better, I would say it looked as if they never even dug a 135-foot 14 trench all the way up my driveway. Thank you for that.You know, this is a crazy world we live in today, for more reasons that I can count, on one or two hands. Unfortunately, honest and reliable help is hard to find, so when you find a company who is reasonable and affordable, and has employees that are professional, knowledgeable and kind, you feel as if you hit the jackpot!     Maxwell s was actually here on overtime and Tyler was awesome! Figured out the high water bill alert from utilities and fixed expertly and we would give 10 stars for Maxwell Plumbing and Crystal in the office receiving 10 stars also! Highly recommend. Thank you from Rose and Gary!

    We had a very serious leak at our house and called in the Rescue Plumbers (namely Tyler & Colin), we anticipated the worst possible outcome, however practically as soon as they arrived they had the situation well in hand. We were so relieved to find out that our problem was infinitely smaller than it could have been. Maxwell solved a problem we had about a year ago or so, and now this latest issue with knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. We cannot imagine calling anyone but Maxwell for any plumbing problem. Those at the shop, Cortney, and Charlie were gracious and very helpful.

    Maxwell Plumbing is the best. They came out when no one else would. It is very hard to find plumbers who can come right away for a slab leak.They did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgable. Mike and his crew are awesome. Repiped our house and got our water back on! Thank you for working so hard for us. My family and I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend Mike, Ray, and the kit kat guy (we didnt catch his name)! Thanks for all your hard work!

    Jeff called first and he was here on time to replace a shower valve. He showed me to old one and explained what could have happened had I not changed it. Very professional and cleaned up good after cutting the wall behind the valve and put a patch on the wall. I would diffently recommend Maxwell for plumbing services.

    A young man replaced 2 toilets at my parents house. He picked.up the toilets at Home Depot, brought them to their house, replaced the toilets, and removed the old toilets. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient answering all of my parents questions..This is the 2nd time we have used this plumber. We highly recommend their services.
