    I received a quote for a new heat pump system a couple of years ago from Ellington with the expectations that my existing system would not last that long. Just recently I decided to pull the trigger on replacing my unit before it went out and I became stuck with no A/C in Florida in the middle of Summer. When I reached out to the sales rep I had worked with to get everything re-quoted I was surprised to see that prices have gone up significantly over the past two years, but with all the supply chain issues weve been having I guess it should have been expected. Fortunately, the sales rep (Jay) was able to put together some other options and I ended up getting a new variable-speed Daikin system for roughly the same price as another brand I had been looking at two years ago. On the day of the installation, the technician (Edgar) and his assistant showed up right on time and started work promptly. The sales rep also showed up to help spread out brand new floor coverings to make sure my floors stayed clean throughout the entire process, and he explained everything that the technicians would be doing and answered any questions I had. Everyone was very courteous, friendly, and professional. For having to work in 100-degree heat for most of the day, they always kept a great attitude and the quality of their work never suffered. They broke up my old concrete A/C pad and hauled off all the rubble, they completely reworked the air return vent (removed the contractor-grade flex vent that was there and created a new air-tight box underneath the air handler), and they did an excellent job of connecting to all the existing air ducts, copper piping, and electrical lines. The entire process took about a day to complete, and I could tell they were both exhausted at the end, but they still made sure that everything was perfectly clean and took the time to explain how the new system and thermostat worked while answering any questions that I had. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and the Daikin system that was installed. The outdoor unit is very quiet and the variable-speed technology helps it seem like the system isnt even running during the day even though my house is staying nice and cool. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done, and I would especially recommend the technicians that installed my system! Its really hard to find people that take pride in their work nowadays, but Ellington and their team have shown a tremendous amount of pride and have definitely exceeded my expectations!

    Ellington air is the best! From the initial visit to project completion, every person was polite, respectful and competent. Edgar and his installation team were on time, did a fantastic job and cleaned up so well I wouldn’t have even known they were there. This is the second home they have installed A/C for me and I am 100% satisfied. For the first A/C I got three estimates before choosing Ellington. This time I called them first!

    Called this morning and they were able to schedule a tech to come out between 12pm - 4pm. Technician called and said he could be there around 11:35am if I was available. He showed up ready to work...told me within a few minutes the problem and offered an estimate to fix/repair. He replaced the outside circuit breaker and box and disposed of the old one. He checked the pressures to make sure they were good. He was friendly and kept me informed at every step. Definitely recommend this company and Corey if you need AC work done!! Very pleased with the outcome.

    Fast reliable service. When we called another company several times over 2 days, I decided to call Ellington and they had their technician Jim come out and got us up and running in no time with a fair invoice. Jim had patience and understanding and fix our problem and checked the system over. Will recommend and use again!!!

    I had to have these guys come out 2 days in a row due to some issues with my A/C unit. They were on time, and extremely kind and compassionate. They were very clear when explaining the issues with my unit and were transparent about cost. They did everything in their power to work with my unfortunately tight budget. I will continue to use this company for a long time because of their customer service. To say I was thankful and very impressed would be an understatement!

    Mike was very professional and understanding. I need to replace a part on my air conditioning but I do not have the funds to repair. Since I am a widow on a very fixed income. He understood.He knew that the amount was high and told me that’s Ellington’s price. He said that I could try and find someone else who could replace it cheaper. I might not be able to find someone but at least he was honest. Your lucky to have such a person working for your company. If I get the funds I would use Ellington again because of Mike.

    I like that Ellington A/C & Heat respond quickly, even if the situation is not urgent. I received same day service. The technician, Justin, was on time, and he corrected the problem. I like that he explained everything to me in laymans terms and was neat about his work. Thank you, Justin!

    I was very happy with the customer service. Our tech was very professional and answered all our questions. Our tech was not pushy and did not try to push a new unit on us. He told us about the repairs that needed to be done.He did tell us our unit was old and would need to be replaced in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have our business for sure and I will be getting a new unit next year.

    Justin and company have worked with us to come up with a replacement plan for our ducts that werent installed correctly when the addition was built. It is going to be an extremely difficult installation, but Justin, Kyle and Steve have come up with the least impact plan to get it done right. And well, our 2 Shelties simply love the guys, which says a lot about them!

    Curtis arrived just when the ETA began and on the same day I called in the problem. In this heat, I called as soon as the thermostat showed rising temperature. Curtis worked in the hot garage to clean the line out for me. He did a great job explaining the problem.
