This is a very reputable and honest company that does great work. I have a pier and beam house and needed it leveled. After going through numerous bids from other companies that tried to include things that were not needed. I was told about this company by a friend, and I am glad I contacted them for a quote. Professional, punctual, great communication, and organized are just a few key qualities you will see with them. The work that was done was great, and I am very pleased with the leveling and beam replacement that was done. They work was completed on Monday 12/18.

Wonderful experience with Keystone Foundation Repair! They show up on time, communicate well, do quality work and clean as they go. Travis, Bobby, Hunter, Raymond and Raymonds crew are all class acts and a pleasant throwback from the past when a mans handshake was his word. If I ever have any foundation work from pouring to repair they will be my first and only call. They do exactly what they say they are going to do.

Upon realizing I had foundation problems at my home, I contacted Keystone Foundation Repair, which has a great team that has delivered excellent foundation repair/leveling. After submitting a request for an estimate, I was quickly contacted by Buddy Coke for scheduling a visit. Buddy came by to identify issues with my foundation and did an awesome job in explaining the causes for the unevenness measured. Buddy helped me understand what options/solutions I had and quickly drew up a solution. Among three different proposals, Buddys proposal is the only one that considers load-bearing walls at a concave area of the home. Such attention to details really earned my appreciation. Travis the owner then led his team to timely start the project. Everybody on the team delivered professional and assuring work. They spent effort in keeping the worksite organized and least intrusive. They adhered to the proposal and successfully executed the plan. The leveling performed has resolved all the sticky door issues and some apparent cracks caused by the foundation settlement. The lifetime warranty shows that the service quality is guaranteed and lets us be worry-free. Overall we are very satisfied with the foundation repair. The team looks out for its customers and deserves high recommendation.
