I’ve used Bee-lectric twice for my restaurant, and they’ve proven to be a reliable, professional company that knows their stuff. They show up on time, are upfront about their hourly rates and how long the job will take, and they deliver exactly what they promise—no surprises.One of the biggest reasons I’ll keep using them is how quickly they responded during an emergency repair. Within minutes of my call, they were on-site and had the issue handled fast. That kind of responsiveness is rare and invaluable when running a business.They work efficiently and don’t waste time, which I respect, and they’ve been nothing but professional and courteous every time I’ve dealt with them. As a local business, they deserve recognition, and I’ve already recommended them to other restaurant owners and family members. We had an old generator transfer switch fail. Dan arrive in less than two hours, assessed the problem and had our power restored quickly. We were not able to get the parts needed to repair the old switch. Tim did some research and recommended a new transfer switch. They scheduled the installation of the new switch, arrived on the day and time we agreed on and did all of the work to code. Dan, Tim and his team are excellent at communicating, they answer every text and phone call. We will use them in the future. -
