    Our kichen sink was backed up. Of course we tried the usual home remedies to.no avail. We placed a call to Irock Plumbing and they had someone come out the same day. Melvin provided us with a quote and any eligible discounts, fully explained what was needed then completed the job without delay. Extremely knowledgeable, nice young man. He ran tests upon completion, cleaned up any mess , provided paperwork and photos of the job before packing up, leaving everything nice.Wonderful man to do business with. Thank you Melvin!

    Was in a bad situation this morning, waking to no hot water. Went to investigate to find a dead hot water heater. Made a few calls and Irock Plumbing was able to commit to come out on a weekend to replace. They arrived at time promised, assessed situation and got to work. Of course, not everything went to plan but the job was completed. Melvin talked me through what had to be done and did it. I now have hot water in the works and am glad I will be able to take a hot shower here shortly. Thank you Melvin for coming out late on a Saturday and getting this replaced, you gave 5 star service.

    We have used Irock several times with the many things that can go wrong while being a homeowner. Everyone from the phones, to the repair workers, to the owners have been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.     I called after hours for a plumbing emergency with my kitchen and within 3 hours of my call they had someone at my house. Melvin was kind, professional and talked me through every step he was doing. He was the best! Thank you for everything, we truly appreciate you!

    Lou came out same day to fix our disposal. He immediately put boots on as to not dirty our wood floors. Lou was professionally dressed and articulate. He offered to clear out underneath the sink in order to begin work and put mats down to ensure no dirt or leakage.Within a few minutes he was able to diagnose the issue and explain it in a way we could understand. He was honest in that we didnt need a full replacement and we could just snake it. He walked us through cost estimates.After he finished he put everything back (nicer than we had it) and reviewed the dos and donts to prevent the issue.We have his card and 100% will only be using Lou. Highly recommend. Great service!

    Started off shaky as they showed up and asked me to sign off on charges they had not disclosed. I needed a sump pump replacement on a Sunday. They charged a fortune. So if you can hold off until business hours, you’ll likely not have to pay a fortune.I kept this 5 stars because my technician Rico (Melvin) was outstanding and did a great job. Just didn’t like some of the other aspects.Positives:- showed up same day on a Sunday and did a great job- technician was awesome and did a quick and thorough job (deserves a promotion)Negatives:- far too expensive for a sump pump replacement- felt like they took advantage of the urgency a bit- they make you sign an acknowledgement of the charges before they even assess the full scope of the jobOverall - RICO deserves five stars, but consider the timing and urgency of your needs.

    Our hot water tank sprung a leak on a Sunday afternoon. Irock was extremely responsive. Rick worked with me Sunday and Melvin came Monday morning to fix the problem. Per my husband Melvin was very professional, told him what the problem was, how he was going to fix it and what they would do if the problem happened again. We are really happy with Irock’s responsiveness and service

    We had a water pressure problem on a Sunday. Had another plumber on Saturday who tried to repair but after replacing the water pressure valve, it worked for a while but failed to a drip.We called Irock and spoke to a person who could not help us but then was transferred to the owner Troy. After explaining our problem, he decided to come to our property about 2 hours away. He examined our system, decided to bypass our water Softer filter which gave us full power at a very reasonable cost for a Sunday. We highly recommend Irock plumbing.Dr & Mrs M.

    We had an unexpected water leak after replacing a refrigerator. We had never used Irock before, but they were able to be at the house within an hour. The leak was fixed, the plumber Mr Tosto was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. We will definitely use Irock again!

    TLDR; They helped us out at the last minute – would totally recommend!We were in a bind on a holiday and after hours when a shutoff valve malfunctioned during a routine repair and forced us to shut off all water to the house. We tried several other plumbing companies only to be told they couldn’t help us on short notice. When we called Irock Plumbing, we were quickly connected to a live person who helped us get in touch with a technician that would be able to help us within the hour. When Kyle Merton arrived to fix our issue, he was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was needed. He also made sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction.Tom

    My company is short term rental properties. In the middle of the night I got a call from a tenant that my toilet was backing up. Anytime anyone would use any water it would fill up the toilet downstairs and bubble. I called numerous places to get someone out asap that night. Out of every place I called this is the ONLY company to call me back and dispatch a plumber. And within 15 minutes I got a call. And he was on his way right when I talked to him. While the plumber was on his way, randomly the toilet flushed as if nothing was wrong. The guy came shortly after that happened and I told him it did flush on its own. He did check the toilet was flushing and ran some water in the house to make sure nothing was backing up still. Even though they didn’t have to fix anything I would highly recommend this company just for the simple fact, he was the ONLY 24 hour company to call me back. He also was super nice and didn’t act as if it was a hassle to come out. In my business it’s extremely important that I have companies I can work with to get service right away. I was very impressed with the professionalism Dylan had and the response time to get someone out. Thank you and I will be using this company in the future for all of my properties.

    Louis stopped in at my house today to look at our Navien on demand hot water tank that was working sporadically, he was on time, extremely courteous and new a ton of knowledge about these, I would recommend to anybody that has one of these that needs service or repairs to please call them. They will be servicing all my needs going forward. He even made some recommendations going forward that my previous plumber did not do.

    My disposer stopped working and leaked under the sink. The faucet also had a drip.They responded quickly but ran into trouble taking care of the dripping faucet. After installing the part, the hot water had no pressure and was unusable.Nick called Moen and found out the faucet had been discontinued and arranged to have them replace the faucet (lifetime warranty) shipping it directly to my home. Upon arrival I called to schedule the installation. They were able to schedule me quickly.I had some me confusion about pricing and the invoice but they worked with me to resolve the issues this my satisfaction. They addressed all of my needs efficiently and professionally. I will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs.
