    I scheduled an appointment to have my leaky 2 month old hot water heater swapped out with a new one under warranty. They were able to come out the next morning! Everything is now installed and looks amazing and you can tell they took their time to do it right. They also added some modification from the old one to ensure this one lasts.

    Jones Plumbing did an excellent work on a leak in my main service line.I called into their office and their dispatcher, Kelsy, was super sweet. She explained the entire process, broke down the pricing for me, and set me up on the first slot available.The crew arrived early, and both Collin and Aiden were friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood the price. Then, made sure that they understood what I needed before they got to work.They dug a hole, diagnosed the issue, repaired it with high quality parts, and had it wrapped up as quickly and efficiently as possible. All in the bitter January cold. They stayed to make sure that the replacement would hold and then cleaned up the mess.This crew is dedicated to their trade, they helped me in any way they could, and they’ll get my business every time.

    I had a kitchen sink that would not drain. I tried everything I knew to do. Plumber sent was Jose M. Service was professional! He was done in no time. Sink draining like a dream. No mess left for me to clean upon completion of service. I will be using jones plumbing service for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future!

    Saturday morning at my lake house trying to enjoy my weekend and my kitchen sink just would not drain. I called a couple of companies, but they were backed up. Called Jones plumbing and he came right out. Collin was polite, professional, prompt and fixed my problem like a pro. Highly recommend this company! Ask for Collin, he was awesome!

    I recently posted how great I was treated by the young man I thought his name was Travis but its Trevor! I had another issue that Collin and Trevor came out first thing and took care of. Yall they are the best I have dealt with and very friendly. 5 STARS +

    I just wanted to thank Jones Plumbing Services for coming out to repair a water leak in the master bathroom. The two young gentleman were very professional, knowledgeable and well mannered. They were able to schedule service immediately and the job was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price.     Called them on Dec 23 with in 2 hrs they showed up. Had to come back today which is Christmas Eve. Told me he would be there at 8am 7:59 showed up. It was a very difficult clog and I had almost given up be Collin Jones ( a young man) didn’t give up and got the job done. Very impressive work done! And it is Christmas Eve too. But he got it done. I highly recommend this company. Thank y’all and Merry Christmas

    Collin is amazing. I had an urgent need and he was there quickly for me. He did everything he could to fix the issue. He was fair with his pricing, but his service was above and beyond. I can honestly say I will only be calling Collin at Jones Plumbing Services from now on. They will be my most highly recommended plumber! I cannot thank Collin and his team enough for what they did!     The owner and employee came out on a Saturday morning and installed a new water spigot on the back of my house, very professional, had it installed within 2hrs and left their work place very clean, they also informed me of other problems under the house that didn’t pertain to plumbing so I could have it looked into and fixed, I will definitely be using them in the future for more plumbing needs!
