    I recently had an urgent plumbing issue late Saturday night, leaving my home without water. I contacted Maurice from Rapid Dry, and he promptly scheduled a visit for the following morning. Despite it being Sunday, Maurice arrived early at 8:30AM and efficiently resolved the problem. Before 11AM we had water again. His professionalism, punctuality, and dedication were truly impressive.     Maurice is the real deal. We had a small pin-hole size leak in our water heater pipe and he came out that same day to fix it. His work is very neat and he works quickly.     Rapid Dry LLC was recommended by a relative who used them previously. I purchased a new basement door that needed to be hung. The new door would replace an older door that was allowing water to seep under it due to previous renovations. After contacting two other contractors that never showed up I contacted Maurice at Rapid Dry and he responded immediately. He was very professional and provided good value for the work that was needed. He came the day before to give estimate on what was needed for the job. Then showed up the next day on time, with the right tools and ready to work.

    I had the pleasure of working with Maurice on a leak, mold, and repair job. He was incredibly helpful and gave me honest assessments along with reasonable prices. It was also great that unlike some other mold remediation companies, he not only removed the impacted drywall, but also replaced it. He also repaired the leaky water line that was causing the mold issue. While he was at my property, I mentioned other issues that I have with my home and he offered good advice on how I could tackle some of these projects myself to save money.     I lucked up on this company during winter week where Everyone in Atlanta had pipes that were bursting the same week due to the cold weather.     I had a leaking water heater and contacted this company for repair. I received same day response (within one hour of contact). Once the technician arrived it was determined more extensive work had to be done in order to install the new water heater. It took several hours however, the technician performed the work with a smile and was very professional and thorough. I even received a call back later to ensure everything was working properly (first Ive received from any company). This will be my go-to company as long as they remain in business.

    I called Maurice back in January to come look at me roof wanted my full roof done but my insurance did not want to replace it so waited til I had money to patch the roof myself. Last Sunday called Maurice of Rapid Dry LLC and he came back out and patched my roof and repaired my ceiling in my bedroom. Happy now no hole in my roof and ceiling and no bucket needed when it rains lol…have more plumbing issues I will be calling them for thank you 😊
