    Highly recommend James and his crew at Sensible Solutions. They came to my house within 20 minutes of my call to them and it was at the end of the day. They didnt stop working until they solved the problem. The guys were all extremely customer service oriented and took good care of our plumbing emergency. I couldnt thank them enough as I have my elderly momma living with me that has alzheimers and not having working plumbing wasnt an option. They saved the day for me!! It was an unexpected expense for my household but this business was extremely reasonable. Thanks again Sensible Solutions!!! You are appreciated greatly and I will definitely use this business again if needed.

    They were very nice, very thorough with their work. They make sure that everything is working properly before leaving. Even took all the trash from the new unit with them. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

    This week my heat wouldnt quit running. My thermostat went out so I replaced it. Unfortunately, I didnt realize when I pulled the wires out of the old thermostat, they touched causing my transformer to go out. I called Sensible Solutions Monday at 7:30 and had someone at my house by 9 to fix it. They quickly figured out what happened and got to work fixing it. Hands down will recommend them time and time again!!!

    Called James this morning, explained my drains were backing up each time we flushed the toilet, showered, or did laundry. I imagined a snake to my drain pipes was needed due to being clogged. Josh and Tyler showed up in the afternoon liked James said they would due to a morning job. Both were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Answered all my worried questions that helped but me at ease. Had my drain unclogged in hardly no time. I would recommend Sensible Solutions Services for your Plumbing.

    Absolutely wonderful experience with this company. My water heater stopped working so I reached out to Sensible Solutions yesterday evening. They diagnosed and replaced the unit today! I was stunned. No more than 30 minutes to replace it, very friendly and respectful of my home. Fantastic job.

    James replaced my water heater after some very frustrating complications. I have an older mobile home and nothing is convenient or easy to work on. He did a wonderful job and even fixed and unclogged my kitchen faucet. James is a very professional and pleasant young man. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.     Highly recommend! He fixed & redid my duct work under my home after my vents stopped working & once he was under my house found a pipe that needed to be fixed that I didnt know about and fixed that as well!     James vented my grandmothers dryer properly and efficiently. She no longer has to worry about the fire hazard that build up lent can cause. James was the only one-- out of the dozens of companies I first contacted about the issue that felt confident he could solve the problem. Youll be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgeable tradesman. He completed the job in one afternoon and payment was fair, even lower than what he originally quoted. Honest, kind, knowledgeable. All traits that are sought after when something needs to be done right the first time.

    We just moved in,the AC dies and its 85* outside. I think Im about to go for a $5,000 ride on this whole deal. James shows up and calls the manufacturer to check warranty. (never would have crossed my mind)Turns out ITS COVERED! He orders parts and drives all over Cape and Scott county picking up parts. James saved me a ton of $ and even dropped off a new filter the next day. My house is an ice box again and Im only using Sensible Solutions from now on!
