    Mike and his guys do an excellent work. Always straight to the point and excellent pricing. Do keep in mind they could get busy during low temperatures due to emergency calls but they will come through.They changed one my exterior faucet and just now the whole house filter housing. Will continue using their service for future repairs and installations.

    Mike came to our rescue on a Sunday when our shower faucet failed to shut off. His price was reasonable and fair. He work extremely hard at removing parts of the faucet that hasnt been serviced since the house was built in 1985. He did a great job and got it working properly. Will definitely hire again.

    I cant praise TRU Plumbing & Heating enough! When my water heater died, I called them at 8 AM and got an immediate callback. By 10 AM, their team was already at my house, ready to help.     This was easy peasy. Tru Plumbing is the real deal. Mike showed up on a Saturday gave us a quick estimate and even tightened the handle our toilet and told us we didnt need a toilet kit. 20 min. later he sent us a very reasonable estimate. 2 weeks later came in worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job. In a world where it is hard to skilled, honest and responsible professionals this company hits all three.They are #1 in my book.

    I’m late with this review as the work was done back in January of this year but I am so glad I called Mike and used Tru Plumbing. I had a shut off valve break on me when I went to turn off the refrigerator water line in preparation for a new refrigerator installation. Mike got back to me right away and his guys came out not long after and replaced the valve. While there they also installed a new copper water line to our new refrigerator (as the installer had insisted on re-using the old/existing plastic tubing) and fixed a broken toilet handle. Everything turned out well and we are quite happy with the work done. Pricing was fair in my opinion and based on my experience with others in the past. These guys are definitely our go-to call going forward.

    Mike and his team fixed a leaking shower tub and exchanged some bathroom fixtures. He did a fabulous job all around.He responded immediately, others didnt even bother, he came to our house to give us an estimate, and something we find very important, he communicated well.He told us about the out-of-stock fixtures and pointed us in a new direction to get one we liked, and he called when there was a delay. Perfect.He did a great job. We like the new bathroom fixtures, he addressed a problem we had with the previous ones, and... I the leak is history.Thanks so much for making it so easy and thanks for a great job.

    Mike came with his guy the same day, replaced and installed a new water heater. Honest & reliable. Extremely satisfied with the work. We are having them replace some other pipes next week. You will definitely keep them as your plumber of choice. We highly recommend TRU!

    Their service is excellent, and the best way to explain this is with a joke. (Just bear with me.) A guy is lying on the street next to the gutter. When people ask if he’s OK, he says that he’s fine — he found a parking spot and sent his wife to buy a car. Point is, with competence, fair pricing, and courtesy like this, you may as well go buy a house in the Scotch Plains area to utilize their service. [for some reason my daughters name comes up.     Ive used Mike for several repairs over the past 3 years. Hes always responsive and does excellent work. Recently I was impressed with his honesty. He advised me over the phone how I could fix a drainage problem with my washing machine, which worked. He could have easily made into a service call but he didnt. I highly recommend him
