    I am so very happy that I was introduced to Jason and DB Integrity, LLC. Jason was very patient and answered my questions in a direct and most informative matter. The flooding in my home was not due to the weather and occurred unexpectedly. Not only was DB Integrity responsible for creating a safe environment, but was instrumental in ensuring that my health was protected. I’m an elderly widow with disabilities and Jason worked with my insurance carrier to place me in hotel until the necessary work was completed in my home. The finished product was outstanding. I am very grateful for the quality of work performed in my home and I’m also so pleased with the kindness directed to me.

I’ve never seen their actual work since we ended up investing in a different town, but I am very appreciative and would trust this company for professional help!

    I had the privilege of dealing with Dillon from DB Integrety and he was very professional. We hired DB Integrity to deal with a water leak restoration project that at first I didn’t think would be covered by my insurance. NEVER use Allstate is my best recommendation on that! Dillon stayed in close contact with me and answered all my hundreds of questions with grace. He walked me through every step of the process and kept me informed about everything going on. This was especially helpful, as the property was a rental property that we were the landlord on and lived far away. Despite the difficulties with the insurance, Dillon worked with us to try to fight against the insurance for proper reimbursement. Although, we never agreed upon a price with the insurance company, Dillon tried to still accommodate us by figuring out how to do the repairs without the proper reimbursement from the insurance. They offered to take it to appraisal to fight the insurance more and would have covered that cost but we didn’t have the time to fight with the insurance as this is a rental property and we had tenants in the house. Due to our situation, I had to resort to doing the majority of the work myself, but would have loved to have DB Integrety finish the project had the insurance been reasonable. Despite all the difficulties, Dillon remained professional and cooperative with us and our situation the entire time. Thanks Dillon!

    Dillon and his team were amazing. They assisted us when a bathroom flooded and we had to have restorations done. We used him again for another restoration. His team is polite, responsive and attentive to detail. We highly recommend DB Integrity. Our bathroom looks beautiful despite having to redo it based on a leak! It always feels better when working with a company of ethical behavior and professionalism! Super easy to work with and communicative.

    We worked with DBIntegrity early this year. We had a major leak and they came out to help with cleanup. We were very happy with the work they did so we hired them for the restoration.We dont live in San Antonio. I live in Dallas and this added to the issue of getting the work done remotely. We had hired another contractor for another issue. Sadly we paid him before he finished and he never came back to finish the job.We worked with Jason Dye who really did a good job. He took the time to explain with photos and documentation to show what the issues were and what it would take to repair/replace.The estimate Jason gave us was well documented and the insurance only questioned a couple of items. Even when we found additional damage the additional repair was accepted by the insurance company.Jason kept us in the loop and because we did not live in the city he had a system that allows to walk through the house n see the repairs as final walk through.i would use DBintegrity again and I would be happy to have Jason represent our interests in the repairs. Jason answered all our questions and had an attitude that made us feel comfortable with their services.Reggie Arizmendi

    I can’t even describe how thankful I am for DB integrity. I was out of town for Christmas when pipes burst in my home, and I came home to a mess bigger than I could’ve ever imagined. I was put in contact with another Water Mitigation company through my insurance and they weren’t able to get out for at least a week. I called DB Integrity and they came out that afternoon and immediately started to get to work and removing the water from my home. Dillon and Jason are so personable and they take your business personal and make it their own. If it weren’t for this company and their services, my home would have been sitting in water for another week at least, and would have been a lot more horrific of a situation. They really take their time and listen to the issues that you were having and walk through everything and explain everything in detail for you, and no question is off-limits or is a dumb question. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and also want to do right by the customer, because this is their livelihood. It’s not just a 9-to-5 job for them, and they truly have empathy for their home owners. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know, God puts people in your life for a reason, and there is a reason that the bigger companies weren’t able to assist me at the time. I prefer working with local, and these guys are the best, and as a small business owner myself, I couldn’t ask for anything more.

    If I could leave higher than 5 stars I would. Let me start off by saying that Jason and Dillon exceeded my expectations. They are the most professional representatives of a company I have ever worked with. From day one, Jason had handled everything with my insurance company on my behalf, so I had very little to do on my part. They came out right away to assess the damages and were very timely with getting a quote sent to me. They made me feel very comfortable with what they were going to be doing going into details, the communication was excellent as they always sent me an ETA and were always puntual, which I appreciate. They were very personable as well, which I always appreciate. But overall, with a baby due in 4 weeks, they made sure it was safe for me to be in the home while the work was being done and the work did not take more than 2 days for everything. It looks fantastic and as if nothing had ever happened. I would highly recommend DB Integrity to anyone. They are seriously the best and most professional company and individuals I have ever worked with. Thank you so much, Jason and Dillon!

    Dillon and Jason arrived when expected. They check the damages and explain what they could do for us. We agreed to have them do the water damage remediation. They took pictures and measurements of wet areas.They placed dehumidifiers. Then removed and disposed of damaged flooring and sheetrock; they arranged for a plumber to come and repair a pipe pinhole incidental to the removal of baseboards; placed about a dozen fans in four areas of our house. They came every day to measure and record the progress in drying. After they removed their equipment, they did an excellent job of cleaning everything up even vacuumed the floors. They will work with our insurance company . So far great experience in the midst of a lousy situation.

    We had a leak in the water line going to the icemaker in our refrigerator which caused major water damage to our formal dining room and a kitchen cabinet. The water ran from behind the refrigerator under the wall into the formal dining room where it pooled under the hardwood floor. DB Integrity came out immediately to begin the water damage mitigation. They were very professional and thorough in mitigating the water damage. They worked with USAA and really made the whole process easier.My wife and I decided to hire DB Integrity for the rebuild and restoration. At the same time, my wife and I added a couple of other projects i.e. previous water damage from a chimney leak and installation of new granite countertops. I cant tell you how happy we are with the job that Dillon and Jason and their crew did on our house. I wish we had taken our own before and after pictures so I could add them to show you all what a great job they did.I would be remiss if I didnt say something about Marco and his whole crew. Marco, through DB Integrity, was responsible for all of the construction work during the demolition and rebuild process. Marco and his people did all of the demolition, painting, floor, backsplash tile, drywall repair, and granite countertops. I cant tell you enough what a great job they did.Hopefully, you never have a water catastrophe requiring mitigation and restoration but if you do, I highly recommend DB Integrity for both the mitigation and restoration job.

    First off, Thank you Jason and Dillion! Thank you DB Integrity!These guys were absolutely amazing in their professionalism, timely arrival and there knowledge about what was suppose to happen. Our Water heater leaked buckets from our attic and we just didnt know what to do. Jason and Dillion came in and broke down every process, every set involved and made us feel so at peace and calm with the disaster that just happened.Both the Water clean up and the restoration of our home was handled perfectly with this company. I loved that they had their own people handle everything and they didnt just Subcontract everything out.They are an incredible company, incredible people and had incredible service. We would recommend whole heartedly to everyone.

    Jason and Andrew were both very pleasant. Jason took the time to explain the significance of mold, and the science behind it to make sure we understood what could potentially happen, the risks involved, and when things should become a concern. I am pregnant and was very concerned when I started smelling mold coming out of our laundry room. Fortunately, we were able to pin point that the mold was coming from my washer/dryer. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation I was in and instead gave me honest advice. On top of that, as soon as he was able to reach me, they were both out to my house in about 30 minutes! Wow!

    I am so glad I called DB Integrity. A pipe burst inside my wall and caused so much damage throughout my home. A friend of mine, who used them too, recommended DB Integrity to help me through the process. They showed up within an hour of me calling ready to help.     We had a pretty serious backup on NYE and unfortunately this wasnt the first time we experienced having a pool of water in our master bath and bedroom. When I contacted DB Integrity, they understood our concerns and reassuringly talked me off the ledge. They even accommodated us on a holiday and were able to arrive early morning on New Years Day! Dillon and Jason are extremely professional, communicative, and informative. They were able to quickly mitigate the situation within a couple of hours and were very considerate.     We had a pipe bust in our wall creating a huge leak. Jason and Dillon came out right away. They cleaned up the existing water and used equipment to find the wet parts in the wall and floor. Their high grade fans helped dry the area quickly and safely. They were professional and stayed in communication beginning to end.

    Talk about total professionalism! I recently had a toilet overflow which flooded my whole house three inches throughout the whole house. I called DB integrity and they were there within the hour. Obviously depending on your location. They immediately set up their equipment and help get water out of my home.
