    Our basement was a victim of the torrential rainfall that hit Chicago on July 4th weekend in 2023. Because of the severe rainfall our whole basement was damaged due to sewage backup. I notified our insurance company that we needed assistance to mitigate all the damage that was done. George called me within an hour after I called my insurance and his team was on site the very next morning removing all the contaminated and molded surfaces (removed all flooring, baseboards, door systems, and drywall/insulation 2ft high), disinfected, and dried everything. His lead supervisor on site Juan was very personable and helpful. They did a great job getting my home safe for my family and worked very quickly!As far as restoration of our basement, I compared a few quotes and Georges estimates were fair and competitive. Since they did a good job with the mitigation and they already knew my basement. I decided to go with APR Group for the restoration and I am very glad I did! Again George and his team were very, professional, respectful, flexible, and honest. You can see this is a reflection of the type of company they are. Simon his lead contractor on the job has a great attention for detail and you can see that in his craftsmanship from the before and after pictures.This was a very unfortunate and tolling incident for my family, but APR Group helped put our home back together even better than before. I will definitely be using them for any future contracting work for our home.Thank you George and the whole APR Group team!

    A Plus Restoration was referred to us by an intermediary for our insurance company. George did a thorough job at estimating and submitted the quote quickly to the insurance company. Good follow-up both with me and the insurance company while we worked through the process to repair our drywall damage in 4 different rooms.Once approved, the team was scheduled, worked diligently and they were very considerate of our home (and the fact that we were still working from home). Over 4 days, they handled all of the work and got our place back to the pre-water damage days.Thanks to George, Peter and his associate for the great work.

    I recently had George and his crew repair the water damage to my condo garage and family room due to the neighbor leaving her utility sink on for an extended period. His crew did a great job! They were hard working and very personable. Also, they were meticulous in their work. I will be using them for my parents home too.

    I made arrangements for a bathroom remodel. Simon and Juan were the two contractors that did the work. I was so impressed with their work, they were perfectionists and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend APlus for anyone looking for outstanding professional work. Great job!!!!!

    A Plus was referred by my insurance company.Overall satisfied with A Plus - personable, efficient workers and good work. 4 stars because communication was lacking. For example:1) never a message of whether the workers were scheduled or not.2) there was an addition credit from the insurance company that never was brought to my attention by the contractor until I asked.

    Needless to say A Plus Restoration did an amazing job. I had water damage in my bathroom from cracks in my chimneys base. These guys quickly took care of both the chimney and my bathroom without a fuss. I didnt have the easiest schedule to work around but they worked with it to make sure the damage was cleaned up and taken care of in a reasonable time frame. Im hoping to work with them in the future for any other issues that may come up.

    A Plus Restoration did an amazing job. We had the unfortunate circumstances of having a water leak. It damaged the bathroom tile, our adjoining bedroom wood flooring, and the ceiling below. They did the initial mitigation work. Which we were very impressed at how quickly, neatly and efficiently they did the demo work to begin with. Have seen so many companies destroy areas with no care. Their great work helped us make the easy decision to also hire them for the repairs. They provided an incredibly detailed estimate so we knew exactly what would need to be done for each room. They are fair priced and very reasonable with identifying tasks not needed. They were incredibly great to work with. Every employee who came to do the different projects arrived timely and were very respectful and friendly. Any future home remodel work or emergency work we will definitely be going to them. We greatly appreciate the work they did and recommend them.Pictures shown of damage, in progress repairs and the final results. The ceiling was amazing. It looks like there was never any damage to begin with. Wood flooring looks better than it did before. The bathroom tile was so great that it even inspired us to repaint the whole bathroom. Love the work!

    Apr Group - George and Juan, turned out to be the main bright spots during a terrible experience. Highly professional, honest and hard working. Did what they said they were going to and had it done when they said it would be. Best part was that they worked directly with my insurance carrier and took care of all the billing. Very happy!!
