    Second time I’ve needed my boiler serviced by coppola, came out on Friday after 7pm (called around 6pm) fixed the issue within an hr and found another and took care of it, also showed me a few things I was unaware of when servicing my unit. Highly recommend

    Adam Coppola is a consummate professional. His prices are fair and he takes care to ensure that his staff performs quality workmanship. I had an oil heating system replaced with a propane high efficiency HVAC system and an electric hot water heater replaced with a propane instantaneous hot water heater. His workers were neat and were careful to ensure our home was protected while work was underway. After Shawn and his team completed the initial installation, Tim followed up and added the finishing touches, tweaking the system to perfection.Unfortunately, the Poconos has more than its share of fly-by-night companies looking to make a quick buck while providing inferior or nonexistent service. Adam Coppola is a shining star in the midst of this morass.

    I needed a complete heating system, A/C, and water heater to be installed. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable in all facets of HVAC++. Adam went above and beyond explaining what was needed and I knew he was the right guy for the job. I happen to be a general contractor so this isnt my first rodeo and Adams pricing was very fair. As his team got to work Adam was extremely thorough making sure everything was installed properly for optimal heating/cooling. Adams right hand man, Tim was a great asset to the team. When Adam said they were starting, they were there. The HVAC/water system was complete exactly when Adam said it would be.I do not know Adam before a week ago. If youre looking for a quality guy running a quality company you wont find better. I recommend Coppola Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing to anyone.

    Adam is a great guy who knows what hes doing. I had 2 different, much larger operations come in to fix my kerosene fired forced air system. The flame kept shutting off and the system would just keep blowing air around trying to heat the house...when we werent there. The one company was out 3 different times, swapping out parts and charging me each time, and never fixed the problem. Adam came out, hooked up some gadgets to the system, came back several times to check on it, even sat at the house for an afternoon waiting for the issue to present itself, and finally fixed it. We had been dealing with the issue for 2 Winters before Adam came along and figured it out. Hes a good dude. Weve found our HVAC guy. Thanks, Adam!

    When I tell you that this company is the Best they are the best. I called Coppola Hvac on January 21st at around 2:30pm and I spoke with Adam. I explained to Adam that my system was blowing cold air and did not know why. Adam asked me my location and then stated he will have a vehicle on my side of town later on that afternoon. Adam called me back less than 10 minutes later and told me he had a driver that will be pulling up shortly. Two technicians, Shawn, and I apologize for not knowing second guys name (But I do know he had the coolest heating jacket on). Came inside my home and asked what the issue was and went straight to work. Shawn explained to me step-by-step what he was doing to the unit in the basement. The other guy (with the coolest heating jacket on) went to check the outside unit. At that point they discover my compressor was no good. Shawn called Adam, to let him know the deal and Adam stated he can have the compressor for me and have it installed the next day, it was all up to me.The technicians did everything in their power to get me heat. Once I agreed to have it installed the next day. The techs saw I had a fireplace. I told them Ive never used it before but they were more than willing to hook it up to get me heat. The technicians came back today January 22, with a new compressor and had me up and running in no time. They were actually at my residence installing the unit outside before I came home from work. They wanted to ensure that I had heat for when my babies came home. Shawn was even at the end of my driveway shoveling snow. He think I didnt see him but I did. (SO THANK YOU Shawn)This company had work with me and blessed me at the same time. I really wish that I can give this company more than 5 stars. Thank you to the whole team.

    I would highly recommend Coppola Heating! I woke up to my furnace not turning on. Pressed the reset - only worked momentarily. Long story short, he was able to come (due to a cancelation) early, had the part and was able to fix it before the storm that was coming, and at what I thought was a very reasonable price.
