    Josh solved a recurring drain blockage that I’ve been battling for some time. He immediately identified the problem and how to quickly resolve it. He also went to the extra effort to double check an adjacent main line to ensure it was draining properly as well. And….he left the work space CLEANER than when he arrived!!! HA HA HA. YES HE DID. ☺️☺️. Polite. Tidy. Efficient. Fair price. Flowmaster rocks!

    Josh with Flow Masters LLC is the best! He is up front to the customer and not looking to make the job bigger (and more expensive) then what it needs to be. I know this after talking to 2 other plumbing companies about the issue and their proposed solutions which ended up being unnecessary. He knows the business well and is a highly skilled plumber. He has great customer service...he values his customers, the work he does, and his companys reputation.     This was the 3rd plumbing company that came out . The thing this company did differently was they didn’t guess what the problem was. Flow Masters has a sewer camera and was able to identify the problem and we were able to replace the collapse clay pipe . Would have saved me a lot of money if the 1 st company would have had this tool.

    Me and flow masters made a planned price he came over and did not charge me for materials up front or any shady things most will around Gulfport will I have found out. He came here with materials did the job perfect replaced my drain in tub and got my pipe fixed. Everything works like new again. He is genuine and trustworthy guy I am gonna hire him again and that says a lot out here in Gulfport how much I trust him. Very happy with the outcome and if anyone is looking for a reliable plumber he showed up on time like he said and got straight to work no bullcrappin he is the best around.     When the listing says 24/7. He really means it! He returned my call within 10 minutes on a late Saturday afternoon. He was at my door in an hour. He had my simple but emergent problem solved in under an hour which saved a birthday dinner. I was shocked at how inexpensive this service was considering the circumstances. He will be my first call for any future plumbing needs in the future.

    Water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. I was out of town working.My wife called me in a panic and I instructed her to kill the main water valve.I called FM first thing in the morning and they were able to come out that day and replace the water heater. My wife said they were completely courteous, knew exactly what to do and did the work in a timely manner.I was also happy that the cost 💲 was under what I anticipated.Will use them again without a doubt!
