Joe, Just replaced our electric hot water heater which was in bad shape. Joe was on time, very easy to communicate with, great clean job and reasonably priced.

Called Joe first thing in the morning and he said he would try to fit me in as he was very busy. He came by at 11:30 to look at job and said it would be a tough one as the previous plumber did not do it right. Joe said he would be back in an hour with the supplied. He was back in an hour with a new water heater and said it would take about 3 hrs with all the new piping that had to be done. I know it was a tough job as I could hear him grumble in the garage and of course the storm didnt help. He was done in the 3 hrs he quoted and was very reasonable priced. Thank you Joe!!

Unable to get to us Tuesday night, Joe asked us to text our emergency. He text back confirming our problem was NOT an emergency. That if we have someone come out after hours, it would be a fortune. He said he could come by Wednesday morning between 9and 10am. He text this morning to confirm and took real good care of us. Professional and knowledgeable. Fair man great service and fair price. Ive been a customer of Joes plumbing services for around 6 years now, the first time he installed a new hot water heater, and since then Ive had him come out to fix several things over time, shower valves, toilet shut-off valves, and clear tub drains, etc. Always pleasant to work with and his prices seem fairly reasonable compared to the large plumbing companies.

Showed up same day even though very busy schedule to my completely stopped up house and had it fixed in no time even though he had to find unmarked buried clean out. Came back two days later to install new clean out. Will not hesitate to call him back for all my plumbing needs.

Caroline..now its my equipment !! I dont know who you an your husband are getting your advice an information from but you are wrong..For 30 years my equipment has been purchased from Ferguson enterprise and built by ridge tool company.Known as the best drain equipment on the planet..I feel for you an all residents of the beaches where homes were built in the 1960s it was the wild,wild west..I actually loaded your husband up in my van an drove him to one of you neighbors homes where someone had to reroute there drains because they either were broken or not done correctly.unfortunately someone built an addition on top of yours...I had to tell someone yesterday that he has a broken line or something has not been done correctly..He understood as he has had reroute his laundry already...Im glad you put this in writing..30years in business over 30 thousand satisfied customers...sincerely Joe
