    I have had the best experience with BD exterior on my house getting sided, Patrick came out did what he needed on ordering materials, he was so honest and helpful, when siding came in the whole crew was here and got it they way we wanted it! We have never been so happy with the customer service and how fast it got done and the crew that came were the best! I would recommend BD exterior to my family and friends!     Jake and Cory and Dagoberto and the crew all did fantastic work. From upfront design collaboration, to working with insurance details, to communication of all of the aspects on the Jobsite (even the smallest of details) making sure we were informed of everything, to the craftsmanship of all of the guys on the job, everything was done above our expectations. We are thrilled with the transformation and have had lots of compliments.

    BD Exteriors was fantastic! We were so happy with the roof and gutters they installed on our lake home. Nick, our salesperson was so nice to work with. A real genuine person. It was a very hot day when they removed and then installed our new roof. Because of the heat they wanted to get the job done before it got too hot so they sent out just about everyone (20 roofers) to do our job. They started at 7:30am and were completely done including clean up at 3:30pm that same day. I would highly recommend BD Exteriors for your next roofing job. We were very happy!

    This was our third gutter project that BD Exteriors did for us. They were efficient in their work, and attentive to every detail including our new grass growing in the backyard. The follow up leading up to the project was prompt along with the follow up inspection to make sure everything was done that we wanted. Would definitely recommend time and time again along with knowing that you are supporting local business staying in the area.

    I would like to give a big shout out to BD Exterior for there excellent work on shingling and residing our house here in Freeport . They were very detailed and organized. nice guys to talk with and were very polite. They were respectful of our property. They finished the job in a timely manner, and did excellent work. When I saw the color I said “ it looks beautiful” ! ….I don’t like those ya-hoo’s that come knocking on your door after a storm , I don’t trust them .     Not only are they fantastic humans, they are efficient and thorough craftsmen and I have yet to have another company beat or even match their price. The longevity of the employees speaks volumes. Theyre customer service is amazing. Their work ethic and demeanor is amazing. Patrick was my point of contact and he answered questions (via text because thats my preferred form of communication) immediatelyReceipt: My 5-year-old started following around the person installing our gutters and asked the round 1,000 questions. Thats a conservative estimate. He assured me he didnt mind and he was kind and patient and involved her in explaining how everything worked...     Nothing but praise from the experience I had with these guys. They were affordable, the work looks great, but one of the things I appreciated the most was the flexability the team had with me and my busy schedule. Im a non traditional student busy with studying to get into dental school, working trying to make ends meet financially, job shadowing, and studing for the brutal DAT (Dental Admission Test). Every minute of my days are spoken for and I was in a postion where I had to prioritze these contractors last. It never seemed to be an issue with Nick and his team, they were always fast to respond and happy to work with me. By acting this way they made what is the craziest part of my life just a little bit easier. Thanks guys!

    Great workmanship and easy to work with. They provided multiple options/ cost points to find the best balance between the look I wanted and what I was willing to pay. The workers were pleasant and respectful. They left the sight all clean and took all the trash and excess materials away. They took care of dealing with my insurance. Replaced siding, gutters making my 20+ year old house looking like new construction. I recommend them to everyone that needs that service.

    We got hit by the great hail storm of August 2021, and it seemed like every place we tried to get help was booked solid with so many homeowners needing siding and roof repairs. BD worked with our insurance company to make sure we were clear on what needed to be repaired, and even got us a second look at another side of the house that the inspector missed the first time. They squeezed us into the schedule to get it repaired in time, were quick and tidy with the renovation, handled all the paperwork for us, and we ended up not owing anything other than our insurance deductible. Friendly service that went a step above and beyond to make a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

    Our home was damaged from a storm last year. We went with BD because they are local and had used them in the past for gutters. Patrick could not have been more professional and helpful with us throughout this whole process.     Our roof got nailed twice by hail within a 5 year span. We contacted 2 local companies for an estimate the first time, and Brian gave us an estimate, the other company said they could do it for whatever the insurance claim amount would be. We went with Brian. They did a great job; it was timely and the clean up was awesome. After the second hail storm, we just called Brian.We moved to a different house a few years ago that had 65+ year old windows. BD Exteriors replaced half of them last fall, with the remainder done this summer. Again, the work was done timely and professionally. Were very happy to have windows that look great and that work! Id recommend Brian and his crew to anyone. A+

    BD Exteriors replaced cedar shakes on our peaked roof with metal shingles which, frankly, look better and will last rest of my lifetime. BD was highly recommended by a general residential contractor, and their price was very fair. Highest quality workmanship and left our home spotless. Brian was generous with his time in answering all our questions in selecting the product and process, which included tying into a flat membrane roof. In near future we will be re-siding with some new windows and definitely will work with BD Exteriors.

    BD Exteriors did our steel siding and windows. The crew was professional, respectful, friendly and talented. They worked quickly and efficiently, the workmanship was excellent and the clean up was perfect. They kept us informed of a few unexpected things they found, so there were no surprises. The price was comparable to other quotes, but they were able to find matching siding to our existing, and quoted based on fact, where others could only estimate. After they finished the project we asked if they could come back and wrap a few windows replaced by another company a couple years earlier to match the new wrap they used. They were out within a week and competed that in a few hours! We will definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone!

    We have used BD for siding repair, roof fixes, and a new roof and gutters. They have been excellent to work with and responsive. They put the shingles on correctly and the new roof looks great, which isnt always the case with other roofers. If I have a problem (which is rare), they come right out and fix it properly. They really care about my home and doing the job right.When they did our new roof, there was rain in the forecast. Derek did a great job in scheduling the job and making sure my bare roof was never exposed to weather. No blue tarps or exposed sheathing in the rain, I always had proper roofing, either old or new, when the rain hit. He also fixed the roof to prevent some ice dam problems that were reported by the homes previous owners. He added venting, rerouted gutters, and removed unnecessary diverters to eliminate the problem.We strongly recommend BD for siding, gutters, and roofing.

    I have known Brian for about 7 years. I was first referred to him by Lumber One Cold Spring. He took care of my personal residence which had some flat sections he needed to tie into.     This is our second time dealing with BD Exteriors in seven years and both times they did an excellent job. The first time was installing new gutters on our garage and just recently we had them remove a brick chimney no longer in use, patch the hole in the roof, and re-shingle the area. They also performed routine maintenance on the rest of the roof, even cutting away some tree branches that were touching the roof. The crew was courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I didnt get names of the crew, but they did a great job. I also want to commend their manager/estimator, Patrick Kuehn for surveying what needed to be done and giving us a fair estimate for the material and labor. He also came by afterwards to follow up once the job was complete. I highly recommend this company if youre looking for quality workmanship and courteous service.

    First off they entire crew was very hard working and paid attention to the details! The communication with Patrick from the beginning was awesome, he helped me understand the the process from beginning to end very easily. He also took care of having to deal with the insurance company after my first call to create the claim. NOTE thats a BIG deal!The whole crew from job foreman to each worker was very nice and professional. The work they did turned out amazing. (The whole west side of my house and garage plus roof and gutters) I truly am glad I chose them over any other company. With the bad storms that hit us last fall we had many companies come by and quote or try to get the work. Other companies did get some in my neighborhood and after seeing and hearing the headaches some neighbors had with other companies that re insured I made the right decision. BD Exteriors ,Inc will always be my go to company for any exterior work as long as I am a homeowner. I still cant get over how little I had to do and when it was all done it looks and functions excellent.     We solicited quotes for vinyl siding on our house. Derrick of BD Exteriors offered a good quote and offered suggestions for a better project. The installation crew did a fantastic job on the project and halfway through the installation we asked for a quote on seamless gutters with leaf guards.
