These guys are outstandong!!!! Trisha could not have been nicer and more professional.Jeff came by and was an absolute life saver. He fixed my furnace and saved me a bunch of money. Needed some parts for a old toliet. In a apartment complex. The staff went out of their way to help me find the right ones. We believe it can be crossed refenced. We will know in a few days. When they come in. In the past I have their help for personal use. If you need help, their the place in the southern tier.

Called regarding odor coming out of air ducts. I have a very old house that uses the wood rafters for the returns. Heath explained that using their chemicals on the wood is not permitted and advised on how I could do it myself. appreciated the up front information and willingness to go beyond to help and advise on how I could DIY the solution.update: called again today regarding a whistling noise in the furnace - concerned that it was bearing or the blower. Heath indicated that whistling was probably from an air flow issue and told me what to check out. issue resolve from removing filter / cleaning and replacing.
