    These are really great people, and I’m so happy I used them for my foundation needs. The inspection process went super smoothly and Ryan really listened to my concerns and provided an honest, reasonable fix to the issue I had, as well as the options I had available to me. He was on time, and even bumped my inspection date up as well as my scheduled job. Ryan was in contact with me the whole time through the process and even got my repair date moved up. Trace and Tanner who were the crew that came out to do the job were efficient, on time, and super polite! They talked with me and even went over the process of what they were going to be doing. All three guys really knew what they were doing, and did an amazing job. Overall I’m super happy and if I ever have any other issues I know who I’ll be calling again! Thank you to the Aplha Foundations Sarasota team for being an honest, reliable company I feel I can trust!

    Jonathan H. was an excellent representative of this company. He was professional and efficient in all my dealings with him. The work was done by two crews and all members of the crews performed the work agreed to and corrected any issues I had with the work. The workman were Crew One - Aaron, Janise, Bernard, Matt W. and Crew Two - Trace, Tanner, Keith, Hayden. Adjustments were needed and the crew returned and performed the adjustments to my satisfaction. An excellent company and working with the crews was a smooth process.

    Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. First off, he was able to schedule an inspection within 2 days of making contact. Second, the structural inspection of my crawlspace was done with a very high level of professionalism and expertise. He explained everything in great detail and showed areas within the house in comparison to what he saw within the crawlspace. Lastly, a full report and estimate was ready by the end of the inspection. I highly recommend Jonathan for your foundation and structural inspections/repair estimates!

    Sam Martin was a one man crew working on our project for multiple days. He is amazing! He is an incredibly hard worker, detail oriented, pleasant to work with, clearly knows the job exceptionally well, and self-motivated. Even the neighbors commented on how hard he worked! He is truly an incredible representative of your company and I hope you take very good care of him.

    I had a couple uneven places around my pool that needed repair and the whole experience was very professional. John explained the whole process before giving me a quote and this morning Sam completed the work. Sam went over everything he would be doing and did an awesome job! I’m very happy with the finished product and highly recommend Alpha.

    I would highly recommend this company - I am a property manager in Sarasota/Bradenton area and found this company at my NARPM event. They were extremely informative and went to my rental properties quickly once we discussed the problem we are having. Many of my property are raised homes with crawl spaces and having soft flooring issues. Alpha Foundations was prompt and the level of expertise exceeded my expectations! The tech Jonathan Hutsell communicated with myself, my owner and the tenants very well. I am very impressed and plan to be using them in the future. I would recommend over and over again!

    I brought them in to fill voids underneath my pool deck. There was no lifting or adjustments necessary for the pool deck. This project was to prevent future problems.The crew that came in was professional experienced and answered all my questions. I’m very pleased with the final results, and I will change this rating to a five star after I’ve gone through a couple months once I’ve had more time with the final product.

    I had several concrete blocks that needed to be lifted. The first effort did not work. However, after a survey review Nathan reached out, then visited our home to inspect and came up with a secondary plan to fix the problem. Today, he and Mike Butler returned and leveled the concrete eliminating the trip hazards.The professionalism of everyone I dealt with was amazing. They wanted to make sure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. The goal was achieved.

    We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from beginning to end. We have an old (95 years!) grove cottage that was experiencing some floor sag from an aging raised pier foundation. Mike came out and gave us a comprehensive evaluation and price. He was knowledgeable and helpful aiding us in understanding what needed to be done to correct the problem. We settled on a very good price and Mike told us that they could be available to do the work in just a few days (a cancellation maybe?). Jake, the project foreman, called the day before to make sure we were good to go and advised when they would arrive to start work. Jake and Wilson arrived on time and ready to go to work. Jake came inside to check out the problem then under the house to confirm what he suspected needed to be accomplished. He and Wilson were wonderful, Mike came by to check on the job as well. These guys are dedicated to doing a good job AND will return within 5 years if any adjustments are needed. All in all...were very happy with the experience! Thanks guys!

    I had a wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations from the beginning to the end.Rayan H., design technician, gave me great advice and quoted a good price for lifting a sunk, large part of the lanai. Today Ryan L. and Matt came and did a fantastic job injecting foam and lifting the lanai. They were very pleasant, informative, professional and effective.I am very happy with the result. I will definitely use Alpha Foundations again and recommend them to my friends.

He traveled down from Tallahassee to meet me to see the job that was done was to my upmost satisfaction.This visit from Adlai assured me of the stability of my house where the piers were placed.     From Chris pricing and managing the project, through Jereme and his crew installing the pilings as well as Ryan for the foam injections I only have praises. The company has great work ethics(especially for SWFL) and conducted the work right on schedule even finishing early.
