    A&J has always been very responsive to my roof repair and maintenance needs. Other local well-advertised companies only want to discuss complete roof replacement or wont return your call. A&J have also been great with service-after-the-sale. Give them a call when you need some roofing help.

    I am very pleased with A&J roofing company! They are very professional and have the best customer service. They answered all of my questions and concerns during the quote period and once I decided to go forward with the contract, they called me to explain all of the details. I had several quotes for my roof replacement at the same time , but A&J roofing gave me the best price for it. They also took into consideration my unique situation about getting the roof replaced by the quick due date, they kept their word and the roof was done by the date they promised. The installation took only 2 days and the crew made sure the area around the house was clean from the construction materials and nails. We did found few nails after the clean up on our driveway and we had flat tire on one of our cars because of that. I contacted A&J roofing immediately and they were happy to reimburse us for the replacement of the tire. This shows that A&J roofing company cares about their customer’s needs and satisfaction of the service! I would recommend them anytime for anyone who needs work done on their roof!

    Reached out for a property I manage in Chickasaw. Received a quote within a couple of days of my initial call. Timely responses with email correspondence and always answered when I called; top-notch customer service! They were able to meet my companies requirements with date and time stamped photos as well as all before, during, and after photos. They sent me the live link for photos so I could essentially follow along while they were completing the job. Highly recommend them and look forward to future opportunities with working with their office.

    They did a great job walking me through the process of getting my roof replaced had to file claim with insurance and they did a great job dealing with them they are very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and how they work the roofers they use do a great job very fast and they were very prompt Cory said they be here first thing in the morning when they came and they were overall very happy with the experience

    Dustin & Cory went out of their way to get my roof replaced. The Insurance Company kept playing games with me. My damage accrued back in October of 2021 due to not just 1 storm but several storms during October and November of 2021. A&J roofing had to come out and put more tarps down several times. They even had to come out and video tape that the roof was unrepairable not Once, But Twice. A&J kept telling me just to be patient that they would get my roof replaced. It took almost 1 year finally for the Insurance Company to approve the total replacement. I had 2 prior roofing contractors to come out and write up an estimates. They honestly werent no help to me what so ever. That is when I called A&J for my 3rd estimate. First thing after they introduced themselves to me, Dustin looked up and said Mr. ______ you can see the roof damage. They are very Professional, Friendly, Great Quality of Materials, Pricing and they were very Responsive to me anytime that I called them. Now please keep in mind that they have a great business and sometimes they are on a job or with a customer. But if you call them and leave a message they will return your call. I even had interior damage to my master bedroom as well as the master bath and they also took care of that as well. Their employees are great workers and I had no problem with them what so ever.     Dustin, Nicole, and the entire staff with A&J were terrific. As soon as i called them about my roof leak, they were there. Met with my adjuster with my insurance company and took care of everything for me. Wrote a fair and reasonable estimate and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything my roof replacement went seamlessly. There was a slight hiccup with the fortified portion but Dustin wound up hiring and paying for an engineer (out of his pocket) to make sure i got taken care of and my roof was certified. I will recommend A&J Roofing to everyone and anyone looking or needing a new roof. Thank you guys so much for being so kind and professional and answering all of my calls and crazy questions.

    I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK DONE BY A&J ON JUNE 1 . THE CREW WAS ON TIME, STAYED BUSY, MADE SURE THE ROOF WAS CLEANED OFF AND THEN INSPECTED THE LUMBER FOR ANY REPAIRS. THEY ARRIVED AT 12:30, HAD OLD ROOF TORN OFF, REPAIRS, ALL NEW UNDERLAYMENT, SHINGLES PUT ON. CLEANED UP ALL OLD SHINGLES AND USED ROLLING MAGNET TO PICK UP NAILS. THIS ALL DONE BY 5:30. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB DONE. KYLE STAYED WITH THE CREW, HAD TO PICK UP SOME NEDED ITEMS FOR ROOF. KYLE MADE SURE EVERY THING WAS EXPLAINED AND ADVISED THE CREW OF ANY THING NEED TO BE DONE..GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH MEMBERS OF THE CREW. I AM 77 YEARS OLD. I HAVE DONE ROOFING .
