I can only speak to our experience which was the weekend of 5-22/5-23 here in Irvine. Bens Asphalt was hired by our property management team to resurface, restripe and fix any issues in our parking lot. I am on the board of directors and agreed to get them the project. I am so glad we selected them as they did an awesome job. I am one of the original owners at this business park and I swear this job looks better than one when the place was brand new. Great work folks.

Bens Asphalt has been great. I have hired them numerous times over the last 4 years. The employees are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. My salesman, Jay, has been super. Also, the ownership has been very giving donating to Special Olympics and other charities. I highly recommend them.
