EV Pros did a great job! I really like that they can give you an easy estimate virtually. It was fast and easy to get a quote and to schedule the install. Day of, the crew was right on time, got straight to work, and went the extra mile to make sure the installation was as clean as possible (and routed the most aesthetically, even if it was harder for them).I was also impressed that they could so easily rearrange circuits and make room in my 100a breaker box to get a 40 amp breaker with 32 amp charging. Everything is future proofed to move up to 60 amp breaker in the future, so it never has to be rewired. Cant recommend them enough!

I found EV pros online after getting a few bids for NEMA plug installation. They had the best price for the installation considering that I wanted the plug moved a few feet from the panel. The technician came out and I was expecting that there was going to be an increase due to the location. Not the case.. Kwan was awesome. Not only did he complete it at the quoted price, he also found a wire that wasn’t connected to another breaker and corrected it at no extra charge. He provided sound advice and I felt as though I had a good friend helping me instead of someone I had hired.Great guys to work with and total praise for Kwan!God Bless you guys!!

I was beyond happy with the service I received from EV pros. They were quick at responding to my inquiry during a very busy holiday time and schedules my install quickly. Kwan and Russell were the techs that came and installed our Tesla wall charger. They were very quick with install and went above and beyond with the install by repairing my damaged wall that they did not have anything to do with and replacing outlet covers that were not part of the install. Getting a quote and getting answers with EV Pros was easy and was done quickly over text. I was able to setup an appointment 3 months in advance (waiting on Tesla delivery) and they showed up on time with no prompting/reminder.Kwan was super helpful/knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the installation, breaker info, changing electricity plans, etc. Really enjoyed how fast it was done (drilled through a garage wall from an external Circuit panel) and got my Tesla power connector installed in just a few hours, probably much faster for those that dont need to drill through a wall.Thank you so much will recommend to all my friends!

Great overall experience working with EV Pros. Easy and quick quote after supplying photo and video via phone. EV technicians were very friendly and flexible. Initially, requested an outlet but turned out I needed a hard wire connection due to wire length. They were able to handle this without any issues. Final work had a very clean layout. Excited for faster charging!

I was originally shopping around for a company that specifically installed electric car chargers. After doing some research what I liked most about EVpro is that they specialize in that. I am so happy I chose them! Kwan the technician showed up even 10 min early, and was very knowledgeable on where to place the charger in my garage and the best way to mount it. I have the Tesla Gen 3 wall connector charger. He even helped me link it to my wifi before he left. The job got done in less than 90 min and he made it look effortless. I also got a follow up call from Jennifer at the office and she was so genuine and enjoyable to speak to. You can tell she truly cared that the experience was great and I was all set. I definitely will be referring everybody I know who wants an EV charger install to EVPRO - look no further, they are the best! A+++

We are purchasing a new Electric car - and needed to get the wall charger installed. i inquired with another company and all of their correspondence was through texting, and sending pictures back and forth, told holes would need to be cut into drywall ( which we had just remodeled the room that was needed, now wed be doing sheetrock repair. Ugh) - after awhile, the communication going back and forth via texting was frustrating. I called our regular electrician and they recommended EV Pros. One word...Awesome! They came to our home immediately, to see what our home was like, and what would be the best way to run the electrical for our garage wall charger. They were able to do the work within a week. Follow up communication was great. Kwan was our installer and he did an excellent job. Very conscientious, explained what was going on, and did an amazing job running the new electrical conduit lines. No matter what, a hole needed to be cut into drywall but we found a hidden spot, and he worked his magic, and patiently got all the lines run. The final job looked clean, and well organized. He did a great job explaining the system - and then cleaned up when the job was done. I would highly recommend EV Pros.

Had a great experience with Kwan from EV Pros. The location where my NEMA 14-50 outlet was getting installed was going to make the cable from the EVSE stretch awkwardly. He took the extra time to cut out just enough drywall to be able to rotate the mounting plate on the existing electrical box so that everything fit better. He was friendly and professional throughout the whole process, and I appreciated that he went the extra mile on this installation job.

We had EV Pros come out last year to install an electric vehicle charger. They did a great job and we were very happy with the results. Last week we encountered a problem and reached out to them. They responded quickly, honored the warranty and performed the service free of charge. Kwan came out to service the charger and fixed the problem quickly and competently. We were so impressed with the service that Kwan performed. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. We will definitely be reaching out to EV Pros next time we need electrical work and will be requesting Kwan.

We needed a 240 volt outlet installed in the garage for our EV. I called Jennifer, who offered a very good price, which we accepted. She then arranged for Kwan to do the job on the same day. Kwan was very professional and did a great job with the installation. He was also very helpful and cut a little plastic piece for us, which we can put under the garage door to pass the charging cable to the driveway, if needed. Overall, were very satisfied with the experience.

Russell and Kwan were extremely knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Kwan did the install without it even showing on our siding! It was super well-done, and clean! He later came back to help solve a problem with the charger which ended up being 100% firmware related and not related to the install. Kwan was there helping, troubleshooting with the car manufacturers on the phone help fix the problem! I have been able to text with more questions and I always get a quick response. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere. They made the process so simple! I would absolutely recommend them… in fact, I already have to all my neighbors!

I needed a Tesla wall connector installed. Jeff was super helpful with all my questions. I sent him some pictures and a video and a couple hours later he sent over an estimate. Price was reasonable so I accepted and he put me on the schedule a few days out. The day of my appointment they arrived on time and started working right away. The installation took several hours since the location of the charger was pretty far from the breaker panel. They had to go into the attic and run some conduit over the garage door but when they were done everything looked very clean and exactly the way I wanted it. Before they left they vacuumed everything and it was like they were never there. I had some more questions that Evan and Kwan helped with before leaving. The work is top notch and they are super friendly. I highly recommend them.

Kwan and another crew member came and installed very professionally.During the process, Kwan discovered issues with my panel and he came back to fix it without replacing the panel which could cost a lot more money.Now about one year has passed and my Tesla mobile charger started blinking red. Kwan came out to help. Tesla mobile chargers NEMA plus adaptor was the problems and replaced it for free under their warranty.I really like EV Pros service and friendly helpfulness. We found out the day of install that the person who installed my old one actually only had one of the breaker wires connected which caused my cables to be almost burnt. Wow.This company is the definition of premier customer service and quality. Their communication is excellent as well. For my install I had a small space they thought they could not fit the charger in to but said they’d find the best possible solutions. Their installer (Kwan) said he wanted the challenge though and made it happen!Follow up: The next day I smelt a funny smell and was concerned it was electrical and related to the install. They came right away, noted the smell was not electrical, but to ensure it was something else they preceded to help me search my garage for the source of the smell. It ended up being a dead rat. Which he (Russel) then picked up and threw out for me. Then asked if I had bleach to neutralize the germs and smell. Wow. Wow.So as a former buyer I’m trained to find best prices. I called around and got several quotes. They were on the higher end but still competitive. After reading reviews and speaking with neighbors who have used them I decided to have them install my unit. So glad I did.You get what you paid for.Electrical related items you don’t mess with the cheapest bidder.EV Pros excellent work, premier customer service, and the peace of mind they gave me makes their value spot on.You won’t regret going with them.

The first company that came to install my Tesla charger told me that we need to install sub-panel, which will cost 3 times more than just installing. Kwan came and explained he can move few things around so that I dont need to install a sub-panel. Kwan was very professional and really knowledgable. After he was done he thoroughly explained what he did and helped me connect the Tesla charger with the wifi. He also made sure it worked properly and left my garage very clean. I would definitely recommend EV Pros and Kwan for installing EV charger.
