I had a service line leak happen this week 11/28/23. Due to having had Alpha Plumbing perform work for me in the past, I did not hesitate to call Jimmy of Alpha Plumbing. Jimmy/Ismael did not waste any time coming to check out my issue and give estimate. The work was performed professionally, and efficiently the next morning and completed the next day. I highly recommend Jimmy and the Alpha 1 team. We had sewer back ups into the basement. We were told by 3 franchise plumbing companies that we would need to dig up the cast iron pipe under our basement and replace it. Jimmy looked at their video and instead proposed descaling and jetting. He came on time, did the work, and camera’d before and after so that could all see the problem and how it was fixed. His decision making, experience, and skill earned our trust. Thanks!

I actually didn’t end up needing service but back in February on a Saturday we had sewage coming up through the drain in our basement shower. The water company wasn’t answering our calls and alpha 1 was the ONLY service i could find that went above and beyond to try and help me and ended up sending someone out later that night. Wssc came before the plumber and fixed the problem but i will be using them the next time i need a plumber!
