I hired these folks to clean the exterior of my commercial building prior to opening and they did an amazing job! The price was very reasonable and they came back several times to make sure everything was done well. They had a couple of methods of cleaning different parts to make sure they didnt damage an old building. I appreciate their work and would recommend them to anyone needing a clean!

The team from Certified Restoration in Sandusky arrived promptly on time, explained their procedure for cleaning the ductwork and dryer vent, then kept us updated on their progress throughout the job.They were polite, professional and kept everything clean.The owner of Certified followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied.Good work from a locally owned company and came at a reasonable price, highly recommended!

Amazing people at Certified Restoration & Squeaky Peak. We tried to help our neighbor, her basement flooded, her furnace was under water and we could not get in the basement with over a foot of water. It is winter and our neighbor is 94. They treated us like our emergency was also theirs, came to our rescue right away. Got the water out, resolved what happen and before nightfall she had heat.
