I have had Preston plumbing out to my house for 2 different things a hot water heater and connection on a different hot water heater. 100% would recommend them to friends and family they are fast reasonably priced and do great work.

I called them at 4:23pm on Friday because my water heater was flooding my garage. They were at my house in under 15 minutes. Turned off the water heater. Were back before 9am Saturday to replace it. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly sweet. The men who showed up Friday and 2 different ones on Saturday were all so nice and respectful. Would definitely use them again and refer them to others. Thank you.

A 5-star review isnt good enough! Responsive, Professional, and overall Honest. My mother and grandmother, who live together, had an issue with their septic tank pump. Preston not only treated them with honesty and respect, but he also went above and beyond to make sure that all of the issues they had were addressed and made himself available to answer my questions personally. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Im so thankful for Preston and his crew! They are so professional hardworking and show up when they say theyre going to. I had previously (3weeks ago) contacted another plumbing company to get an estimate and schedule a day to have my plumbing fixed. That plumber came 2 days after my initial call to give me an estimate. We spoke about when he was going to be back. Come the day to fix it I got excuse after excuse and another day he would be here. He no called no showed 4 times always having excuses why he didnt have a crew that day before I had enough and called Preston plumbing. I called them on the 11th at 1pm and they had a crew here the 12th at the time frame given. Thankfully Preston honored the quote given by the previous company and had his crew back out on the 13th with everything to fix my plumbing. Josh from his crew and his other team members were very informative of what was going on all day and quick to get the job done. I was very pleased with their workand will be recommending Preston plumbing from here on out. Thank you all for helping me!

I called Prestons for a service appointment yesterday (04.18.2023) and the lady at the office set me up with a timeframe from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. today (04.19.23), and the two men (Dalton and one other guy I didnt catch the name of) that got sent out showed up an hour early. They were very professional and reasonable with the cost of the repair. Not to mention that Preston himself called me to make sure his guys were out here and things were getting taken care of. All in all a very good experience. Use these guys!!

Our water heater was making a hissing sound and we were worried that the pressure was building up inside of it. We called Prestons Plumbing and in less than an hour they replaced the drain valve and we had hot water again. They only charged for the $90 service fee, plus the $15 part. Tristan with Prestons Plumbing was very friendly and knowledgeable, and both guys worked quickly to get us taken care of. We were very impressed and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Prestons Plumbing was a life-saver. We noticed water leaking onto our garage floor from the base of the house wall (half bath right on the other side of the wall). We had another plumber look at it initially. He cut away a section of drywall, took one look and told us we had a slab leak. He didnt even shut off his van in our driveway. He charged us for a service call and told us to call a leak locator (which quoted us a minimum of $350 just to come out). He also said that the recirculating pump in our house was the culprit for the leak because it was putting too much pressure in the lines. All in, he told us we were facing: leak location cost, slab leak and concrete slab repair, tile floor repair and pump replacement - a several thousand dollar problem. He was here 15 minutes and told us to call him once the leak locator was finished. Something didnt sound right so we called Prestons after being recommended by a friend. Andrew and Jacob came out, found a small leak in a fitting and repaired it (the first guy didnt check high enough on the pipe/wall). There was no slab leak. They explained exactly what the problem was and how they fixed it. I told them what the first plumber had told us and they checked the pump and pressure in the lines. The pressure was exactly at code and the pump was working properly. They were very reasonable with the charge (service call and the cost of the parts) and cleaned up after themselves. Prestons will be the only plumber well use from here on out!

They got me out of a big problem. Im out of the county and my tenant called to say the main drain line was clogged. I called my regular plumber but their auger was down and they could not get to it. I then called Prestons, talked to Mrs. Preston, they got right on it. My tenants are happy and Im happy. Next day I called and settled the bill over the phone. Great service, Ill use them again.

Tried to use our home warranty company to get a plumber but they couldn’t get anyone here until Friday (mind you it’s Tuesday). I called Preston Plumbing about 10 am and Danielle said she would try to get one of the guys out today, if not definitely would be tomorrow morning between 8 and 10. She called me back about 2 pm and said the guys were on their way to my home. I am very happy with this company. They were able to get out to my home promptly and they did a great job. (Simple tub clog)The before picture was from a big name company who left my bathtub like that after almost 2 hours of not getting it un clogged. The other company came on a Friday morning and told me they couldnt do it, they would be out Monday to try one last thing before taking apart my shower with some special machine. Monday came around they said they wouldnt be out now until the next day, unacceptabe they had all Friday to make sure we were on the schedule. I called Preston Plumbing, they were friendly on the phone. Not long after 2 gentlemen showed up after a few minutes my tub was draining! Not only did they fix it he even wiped down my tub for me! They were very professional, on time and great work for decent price. Dont call big name companies! Call them today they are great!! I will never use another company again! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful getting payment taken care of as well. I cant thank them enough!
