This job was so complicated that it required three of the PrimeWest Plumbing professionals to work for 4 days non-stop from 8 am until dark. All of them showed up on time, in full uniform, with tools and replacement parts on hand, and the job got done right and ahead of schedule. Special thanks to Ryder for getting this completed. In summary - great communication, professionalism, and cost (something that we havent seen in S. Orange County for a long time.)Highly recommended.

We had a slab leak in the hallway. Brandon came in and immediately identified the root cause and put a stop to the affected pipe. Within 1 hour the leak is resolved. Brandon recommended the next step to reroute the pipe and will come back to do this work. Many thanks to Brandon for a quick resolution and thorough explanation. We are very happy with PrimeWest!

Today they replaced my pressure reduction valve, and because their labor fees were reasonable, I also had them service the tankless water heater. Brandon was very nice and helpful!

Brandon was awesome! Our water heater stopped working , no hot water at all. He showed up on time and tried tj salvage our 10 year old water heater though after diagnoses found that there was a leak inside the unit. I purchased a new water heater and he offered to pick up and installed that night and hauled away our old unit. Worked until night time to get me and my family hot water all within the same day. Highly recommended

I was recommended to Primewest by a previous plumber who used to work with Curtis. I reached out to Curtis and he was very responsive and got me scheduled to fix a previously self installed push connect valve in my attic that sprang a drip leak. Brandon showed up on time, was very helpful, professional, and completed the job well and at a reasonable cost. I feel like Im fairly handy, but plumbing can be an art and skill, so I know it can be expensive. I was very happy with Primewest and have new go to plumber whenever I need service. Thank you!

I had a bad flooding underneath the house in a crawl space. Initially, I contacted my plumbing insurance , but they came twice and still didn’t fix the issue. I can’t wait for them , so found Primewest by searching the Internet all night. I called Primewest 7am next morning and was able to secure a service call at 10:30am. I was very blessed that Curtis West, the owner, came to the site. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the flooding, cleaned the messy sewage under the crawl space , and Wow our sewer line back to work!!! Especially I was traveling out of the country, Curtis sent me pictures and communicated with me so well. Finally He charged me reasonably, I will definitely call him with my future plumbing issues.Thank you Curtis!

Based on my previous positive experience with Primewest, I contacted Curtis to troubleshoot low water pressure. Brandon, the previous plumber came on time to figure out the problem. We thought it may be a bad pressure regulator so I approved the replacement. Work performed was excellent, quick and clean. Although this didn’t solve the problem, I was fine with replacing the regulator to eliminate it as a potential problem. Turned out it was a membrane issue on my water softener ion exchange bottle. Curtis and Brandon communicate well and both are professional. Please consider Primewest for your next plumbing repair or project!

After having my entire house repiped, there was still a leak seeping up from the slab. Fixing it was beyond the scope of the repiping job. So I immediately called Brandon who has earned our trust and confidence after doing various plumbing jobs at our house and giving us solid advice. Brandon now works at PrimeWest. Brandon called in the PrimeWest team, Curtis and Ryan. They quickly stopped the leak and restored water service with a temporary fix. Then they and installed a new mainline. The mainline installation was challenging and took longer than expected. Despite the unexpected frictions they encountered they charged me no more than the initial bid. In addition, Brandon installed a new water filter tank. These were major jobs, and all were done to our complete satisfaction.

Brandon did a great job of taking off our old Italian faucet fixtures in our shower and replacing them. He replaced the hand held shower, the hose, the valve. He also replaced the thermostat valve, the second shower valve as well as the new plate that covers the two valves and finally the new handles. I would highly recommend Brandon as a competent friendly honest plumber!

Excellent PEX repiping job in a 4800 square foot home. We wanted the new pipes routed through our attics which created many less drywall issues. The workers covered everything and were very respectful of our home. Even the drywall repair basically matched the ceiling colors so as not to be an obvious eyesore. I would recommend them highly!

Brandon came to address the leak from kitchen faucet and replaced the faucet. However, after the repair I still noticed occassional dripping from underneath the faucet. Brandon had mentioned the possibility of this leak due to the compromised base of the faucet because of corrosion and had also offered suggestions on how to deal with it if it occurs. Brandon is going to visit once again to address this issue. I admire his experience.

As an Operations Manager at my organization, I deal with vendors of all types on a day-to-day basis. I have used PrimeWest Plumbing on several occasions because I have found them to be professional, fair, and knowledgeable, and each and EVERY time, Curtis has made sure that the job was done right AND done well. This time, we had a drain pipe that had collapsed and stagnant disgusting water was building up in an area where that cannot happen. Over the last two days (12/27 & 12/28), Curtis and Brandon examined the problem, came up with the best solution, and worked diligently to ensure that it was completed in a timely manner. When they were done, they cleaned up, tested the new connection, and left the area looking better than when they arrived. As an added bonus, while they were working I was working as well on a job that I did not have the proper tools for. Curtis offered to have Brandon bring his handheld jackhammer, which he said would make my job much easier and quicker. He was right and I was able to accomplish what I needed with his help. (It seems, like Service Champions, Curtis is prone to do good deeds for no charge.) I highly recommend PrimeWest Plumbing!
