    Great service, youre greeted right off the back, third generation running the place, Mike (I believe was his name) gives you personal attention and answers any questions you might have. Pretty extensive product availability as well . Reasonable prices as well. Will definitely go back and highly recommend it.

    I always go to this True Value Hardware because they always have what I need. It’s a small and friendly atmosphere and the owner is always helpful every time I go in and if it is not right, as long as you keep your receipt, he will always make it right. He has always gone overboard to make me feel right even when my judgment on a part was wrong even when he told me. He never said”I told you so!” He said “Let’s get it right this time.” This place is better than Home Depot, and other hardware stores because they make it right.

    Love this hardware store! The owner is super friendly and always helpful. Love shopping small business. Check out their beautiful mural on the side of their building when you get a chance!

    I love this store and the owner! I been searching for a adapter for my sink and I’ve been to 8 different stores no recommendations on other places or even offer to order it. Not only does he have knowledge of what I was looking for but he offered to order it. It will save me over $40 to order from him verse a big hardware or online where I checked.

    I always try to do business locally with smaller hardware stores as the service is much better than Lowes or Home Depot, This place is the best, worth checking out, You pay a bit more, but you will not leave without getting exactly what you need , Quick and accurate service

    I love this little place, great inventory and the owners are always very helpful and friendly. Its a small store and they have the hardware we usually all need in an emergency, from electrical, to the tiniest screw. Your in an out in under 5 minutes, owner operated so theres no scratching the head when you start to explain your dilemma. Ha Bring in the busted part or at least a picture, saves time . There great, old school, customer service.

    This store is the very best! I’m a single Mom and homeowner. This is my “go to” store when I have any issue at my home. The owner is always helpful and so much better than Lowe’s and Home Depot. I am so grateful for this store.

    The first time I met Mike 7 years ago, when I bought my home in San Jacinto, we hit it off immediately. He was very Knowledgeable, Friendly, and made me feel like he was a old friend. If you want Old School Customer Service, Mikes Tru Value gives you all that, and then some. If your not sure about something, hell take the time to explain it to you, so when you leave his store, you feel confident you can tackle any job! He has saved me hundreds of dollars by explaining to me whats the best way to approach your project. 👍🏼

    Its a great little store in town. The clerk is always helpful asking me if I need any help everything I go down a different isle. I think its a kind thing to do since I must have no clue what I need when I go in to that place. Lol

    I know it as Ace Hardware, YES there still in business! I give 5 stars cuz when ever I’m in a hurry to finish a project or when I have a house emergency this guy takes the stress away fast ! Just tell him what the problem is and he’ll tell u what u need and get it for U , so no worries about if ur ever going 2 find what U need , & he has the parts that those other places don’t sell!

    This is the only hardware store left in San Jacinto. I like it because it carries item needed for keeping my chainsaws operating. It also has supplies for plumbing as its name implies.
