    I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldnt be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! I also requested to hook up a fridge and he did that in what seemed like 30 minutes. He will be the only plumber I call from now on!! Thank you Michael!!!

    The plumber arrived on time, was very clear about what needed to be done and very specific about the price each job would cost. He did not rush me to make a decision and gave me various options as far as how the job could be completed and the various prices. He worked quickly and efficiently, and did an excellent job. He made sure I tested everything before he left to ensure everything was working properly. The plumber was pleasant, polite and respectful. I will be availing myself of this company service if I ever need assistance with plumbing again.

He fixed my clogged kitchen sink with no problem. Also Alpine plumbing and air was able to give me same-day service.I had been waiting for a week for my warranty company to send someone out only to get the runaround and find out they couldnā€™t fix it because they had it under garbage disposal not backed up, sink!! a week before Thanksgiving!     My central air/heater stopped working. Along comes Vincent and Shawn to save the day! A thorough inspection was done, a diagnosis was made, and it was determined that the thermostat needed to be replaced. The process was explained, and they answered all my questions.Once the new thermostat was installed, they tested it to ensure it was working properly. Gave me a quick tour on to set/change it, along with the paper instructions. Great and professional job!

    Noticed our shower began dripping, called alpine and they quickly sent out Ivan G to my home to assess the issue. Ivan G was the perfect person for the job !     I had problem with kitchen sink on the weekend.Called Alpine, and Ivan came in an hour. He is very hands-on person. I still have problem with my sink, Ivan did everything he could, 2 times hydrojet, camera.. changed p trap, and even clean up under sink after work, but he said I have to call HOA, because it is not my house problem.I am very happy with Ivans service.     Vincent and Sean are the best! My water heater completely stopped working, so I called and requested service. After switching from a traditional water heater to a tankless water heater, I encountered a lot of issues following the installation. Vincent was very thorough in servicing my air conditioner, explained the condition of the unit and changed the filter. As an extra bonus he looked at my septic system.     Alpine Plumbing and Rooter saves the day! The gentleman who answered the phone at 7am was so friendly, quick and efficient to get me on the books. He had a technician over to check out the leak under my sink within 5 hours and accommodated my work schedule. Bryan was also super friendly and knowledgeable, and saw the leak was coming from the garbage disposal. I didnā€™t have a chance to do price comparisons, but it seemed fair and I was just grateful to get it done quickly so there wasnā€™t too much water damage. Thank you, again!     5 stars for sure. Ivan G was great to work with. He came to my home to talk about my issues that I was having.. I had seen 2 other plumbing companies before him, he was straight forward and honest and told me I didnt actually have a problem! It took me a bit to understand but he was patient and broke it down and explained. This guy isnt here to take money, he works honest. Love that. The other two companies were trying to take my money man.. geez, saved me a lot of money

    My shower was draining slow. I had tried Drano and it helped a little but there was still a problem with it backing up. I had Alpine Plumbing come he ran the water for about 10 minutes and it didnt back up so he said I had a choice. He could snake it and Id be charged $75 or he could leave without snaking it and I wouldnt be charged anything. No service charge, nothing. I chose to have it snaked and in the end he pulled out quite a bit of hair so the problem was solved. I appreciate that he was willing to leave and not be paid. Thats honesty.

I thought we were gonna have to break out our concrete to access the sewer line but Mike found an alternative solution that didnā€™t require any breaking out or too much digging.     Alpine Plumbing came to the rescue. My gas lines were leaking and the gas company shut down the entire system due to rust on the tubing walls. Their rate was very competitive and they performed the entire job in two days.     I initially called Alpine after calling a few other plumbing services that could not commit to the time I requested. The first person I spoke with at Alpine was courteous and helpful. He dispatched Thomas to my house and Thomas was outstanding. He was not only helpful and solved my plumbing problem (cleaning my drain and also draining the backup that accompanied my initial clogged drain), he treated me like I was a fellow human. I really appreciate the service that Thomas provided and the extra human touch that he threw in today. I feel that the quality and price were more than fair in addition to the friendliness of both Alpine and Thomas.

He explained what was needed to make the repairs, was friendly, and we were completely satisfied with his work.I had a second job, also with Michael, and was again completely satisfied. Michaelā€™s co-worker Herb was very pleasant as well. Some weeks later technicians Matthew and Vince came out to make some adjustments to an earlier toilet fix. They too were friendly, professional, prompt, and they fixed the issue I was having in mere minutes. I highly recommend Alpine Plumbing. A had a third repair done to some outside faucets in December and met staff Shawn and his manager Jeff. Again, excellent friendly staff who did a great job! I will say that a technician did have to come out and make corrections to a previous job, but it was repaired promptly at at no additional cost by staff John.     Very professional staff, were able to send out Technicians the next day and completed a complex plumbing issue in two days. The water was never shutoff so the house was livable. They did a thorough job of covering the furniture and hauling off the mounds of debris. This project was messy and its hard to imagine everything was restored to original.     Great experience with this company. I sent them a message through Yelp on a Sunday night. I had a reply within 5 minutes. They set up an appointment for the next day between 11-1. Brett called when he was on his way to our home in our requested time frame. He was very kind and professional. He checked the garbage disposal and in minutes found out where the leak was coming from, the mounting bolts for the sink drain needed to be tightened up, which he did. He told us to wait a few days and see if that got rid of the leak and if not he would come back and put in the new garbage disposal and he didnt charge anything for that days visit. This is the second time we have had Alpine Plumbing and Rooter come and do work for us. Both times they were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend Alpine Plumbing and Rooter to my family and friends and they will be my plumbing company from now on.

    Alpine plumbing is the first one contractor to response to my request via Yelp. I received the contact message on the same day and to my surprise, schedule can be made on the same day. I was told there is no charge to go out and take a look, which is quite different with other company asking send out fee from $80-100.     Alpine Plumbing helped us out with a sewer repair after roots got into the pipes. Vincent was very patient and informative, showing us what was wrong, explaining the correct solution and working with our schedule to get the repairs performed. They worked around our holiday schedules to cable snake, water jet, inspect and repair our services. Unless you know where to look in the front yard, you cant really see where they worked, the lawn looks like they were never here.I am grateful they let me look over their shoulder as they did the work so I could learn what the problem was and how they were performing the repair.I would definitely recommend them. He performed a complete diagnostic on the three issues that needed corrected: replaced the copper fittings that showed a leak to the hot water heater system, crawled under the house to inspect a potentially leaking trap under the hall bath--found no active leak and documented his findings with pictures, and then tested the leak in the dishwasher which he reported to be an appliance issue. The plumber from the first company told us they couldnt fix the leak until we had the mold, caused by the leak, removed. We needed our kitchen sink, so time was of the essence.The customer service was excellent since the first call. Bert answered the phone and took a message for the plumber who was referred to us, Matthew. Matthew called back in less than an hour to arrange an estimate on the same day.He assessed the damage and gave us a quote to fix it, which was $400 less than the first company we contacted. Aside from the price difference, Matthew was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and kept his word. He said hed send a quote, and he did as promised. We signed off on it, and they did the work the next day.Matthew and another new plumber arrived on time, 9 a.m. as indicated the day before. He informed us that the new plumber was fully trained but would be doing his first solo job. The work was finished in about 2.5 hours, with Matthew double-checking everything the new plumber did. He did so well, they finished early. The supervisor dropped just before they completed the work to make sure it was all done well.While working on the leak, Matthew noticed that one of the pipes in one of our showers needed to be repaired as well, which we agreed to have done. The price seemed fair.Since both my husband and I work from home, we could hear the guys conversation. (They were working in the crawl space). Matthew was skilled at his job and a good instructor for the new guy. While we couldnt see what was being done, we envisioned the new plumber doing the job as per Matthews detailed instructions.Plumbing problems are horrible, but hiring professional, knowledgeable, personable, and fairly-priced plumbers makes the process bearable.While I dont want any problems with plumbing any time soon, I will reach out to Alpine -- every time!

    Very pleased with our experience with Ivan yesterday.He called to let me know he was on the way, got there on time, and was very friendly.He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to me and took the time to answer all of my many questions.Another thing that i really appreciated about Ivan was how respectful he was of the property. He put on shoe covers before entering and when he left, the bathroom looked like no one had even been there. Alpine didnt offer an estimate through yelp/over the phone, so the visit with Ivan was the first in person estimate I got for this plumbing issue.I was quoted (and ended up paying) $350 to have a wax ring for a toilet replaced. If it wasnt for Ivan making me feel 100% confident because he was so knowledgeable, i probably would have gone with another company (for price purposes only).If your main concern is quality of work, i would definitely recommend Alpine because they certainly offer that.     The easiest plumbing repair call I have ever had. I messaged alpine on yelp and within 1 minute I got a response. I was lucky enough that their technician Matt was finishing up a job and was around my neighborhood. Matt called me and let me know he would be at my place in15 mins and immediately got to work.     I had to call Alpine Plumbing out to the house for an emergency clog in the main line that was causing a havoc in all of my plumbing lines. They took down all my information and said that they would be able to get out to my house in less than 2 hours. They made it in an hour! They did a quick inspection and analyzed the situation and because of how my bathrooms were situated they said that they would have to hydroject the main line (instead of snaking) from the roof and that they would include a free camera inspection afterwards to make sure that it had cleared. After working on it for about an hour and a half, John & Jeff had the clog cleared and were able to tell me where the fail had happened after inspecting it via camera. I cannot thank this company enough and this amazing crew! They did fast work on a very hot day and I appreciate the time and care they took to get the clog cleared. Ill be using them as my main plumbers for any future repair work. They know what theyre doing and they were very professional.

    We contacted Alpine because the company that performed our home and sewer inspection (Morrison Plus Property Inspections) recommended them. We initially hired Alpine to install a main sewer clean out and hydrojet our main sewer line to clear roots. Along the way, they discovered a worse-than-expected root problem and that our cast iron pipes were in even worse shape than we thought due to extensive scaling and holes. A medium-sized job suddenly turned into a huge job. And this is where the team shined. The teamā€”led by Walterā€”showed us the problems so that we knew we werent being swindled and walked us through every detail and the cost breakdown of what they proposed to do. They were transparent about their work and the cost, and they put our minds at ease every day (the job took 6 days). Vieto affirmed the issue with the controller but noted a leak and gave me options on repair or replacement. Vieto gave me a reasonable estimate and my house had hot water again in a few hours.     I had an issue with my laundry standpipe where there seems to be a clog. I called Alpine and was able to get Tyler to come out to inspect the problem. First off, Tyler was very punctual and was very knowledgeable. He tried to unclog the drain with a drain snake but was unsuccessful due to the amount of corrosion within the piping. He also provided me with a few options on how we can address the issue. Since he was unsuccessful in fixing the problem, he didnt charge me for the services that he provided.     I highly recommend this company. They are always on time, and they have reasonable prices. I was worried about getting services at this time because of the pandemic, but Anthony took it seriously, and he was very careful. He was wearing mask and gloves all the time. ALSO, he was covering his shoes every time he enters the house and that made me feel more comfortable. That was amazing!

    I heard dripping near the ceiling of my downstairs bathroom, and I was also having problems with two toilets. Alpine quickly sent out Elijah who diagnosed a stripped shower valve in the upstairs bathroom which was leaking in the wall. (Eeek!) He also recommended new fill valves for the toilets. Because of their age, I decided to replace the toilets. But I would like to emphasize that Elijah did not pressure me to do so. I also asked him to test the pressure regulator and replace it if necessary.Elijah returned the next day with an assistant and completed all the work in a very reasonable amount of time. He was courteous and professional, and he answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the work, and I thought the price was very fair. I will call Alpine for future plumbing needs.

    Mike and his crew came out to rearranged the pipes under the sink and fix a drain leak that damaged the kitchen flooring at my house. They were on time, professional and very friendly. After the job was done even though there was minor miscommunication as well as a few revisit to diagnose a small leak at the p trap. They made sure it was taken cared of. That to me is very important, the commitment to provide on going support to make sure customer is satisfied and problem is rectified. Vince also personally showed up and talked to me about my experience which he will use to set even better expectations for his techs tells me this company is not just in the business for money but genuinely wants to be part of the community that provide excellent customer service with the upmost respect and satisfaction.     I called them to unclog a kitchen sink. The field guy Vincent was so polite and Thoroughly explained everything to me I had lots of questions and he stayed there answering everything. By the time the expanse was over I felt really good and I knew that I wouldnā€™t have any more issues with the kitchen sink and as well he guarantees his work so that made me feel like he was legit. Also got back to me in a prompt manner and with a decent quote which the estimate was only a few dollars from the actual fee charged.Overall Iā€™d say it was a really good experience and Iā€™d recommend.
