    We hired Tough Turtle Turf for a backyard renovation project that we affectionately call our grill & chill cabana. While it wasnā€™t a huge turf project, the turf was a critical part of creating the final environment. There were lots of curves and details that had to be taken care of correctly and we couldnā€™t be happier with the end result. The turf looks fantastic. The crew that did the install was friendly and worked hard. They said it would be a 1 day project and thatā€™s exactly what happened. Great customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

    Tough Turtle Turf was awesome to work with and I cant say enough their entire team and the finish product. Jason was super knowledgeable and helpful about design and planning. Jose and the installation crew were on time, professional, and did an excellent job. Our yard is now 10x more enjoyable, and well be able to use it year-round, worry free. We will absolutely be hiring them for more work in the future!

    Our front yard turned out great! Jason was great to talk to and build a plan. Bob and Jose communicated well and saw the project out from start to finish. installers did excellent work with both turf and our pavers. A lot of fake turf looks very bad but our yard looks great and we are happy we went with Tough Turtle.

    I work with dogs, and coupled with the wet weather, it made our backyard into a patchy eyesore turned mudpit when it rained. We needed something more durable. I heavily researched the best artificial turf for dogs and then contacted 3 local companies for quotes. We met with Greg, and he was amazing! Took the time to answer all our questions and give his honest input and ideas about what would look best. He gave us an accurate quote both in cost and length of time to completion. Within two weeks from receiving our quote, the job was done, just as Greg said it would be. The installation was smooth, even with a one day interruption due to rain. The project manager and workers were professional and respectful of the property. Communication was top notch every step of the way. After completion, we requested the turf around our trees be trimmed to ensure it was lying flat around the roots. They came back the next day and did an even better job fixing it than we imagined. What a beautiful site our backyard is now! The dogs absolutely love it, and we love how natural it looks and how clean our home is now (no more muddy pawprints!). Its soft and easy to clean. Its been a little over two months since the installation was complete, and we are outside enjoying the yard every single day! Without hesitation, I recommend Tough Turtle Turf!

    We recently made the decision to have our lawns (front and back) replaced with turf. I had not idea where to begin with getting quotes or what questions to ask. When I first called Tough Turtle Turf, I was greeted with a friendly woman who walked me through the process. Within a few days we had an initial walkthrough scheduled. Patrick was right on time and SO GREAT!!! honestly, he is the most friendly and knoweldagble salesman I have ever meet! He bought us all about the turf and answered all my silly questions (ie... we have 3 dogs and where does the pee go?!) It took a few moments after he left to decide we would be using them for the job! Patrick kept me updated throughout the process prior to install and was onsite when the crew arrived on the first day of work! Install was SO fast and the crew worked so hard!! We could not be happier with how it turned out an our entire experience with Tough Turtle Turf! It feels so good to have a bright green lawn (that looks SO real) that we dont have to water or mow!     We love our Turf!!Last year we called Tough Turtle Turf and Jason their sales person came out and worked on a whole redesign of our front and back yard. We ended up not doing the project at that time. When we were ready again this year we called Jason up and he came and we worked on the design again and signed the papers the same day.2 weeks later Jasonā€™s crew was installing our turf and pavers! 1 week later we had a full new front and back yard!All the neighborhood kids love playing on the turf and skipping on the stepping stones!

    My work with Tough Turtle Turf was nothing short of amazing!!My Design Specialist, Mr. Greg Zamora, came out to give me my quote and was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I had gotten a few other quotes with other companies but ended up choosing TTT because of their professionalism and because of my meeting with Greg. I knew the work would be fantastic and I that I could trust him and the company!My project coordinator, Aaron Gonzales, was very professional with me when getting everything scheduled. He sent me a very thorough email of what to expect the day of installation.My project managers, Jose Viveros and Alexander Mager, did a walk through with me to verify everything and set up a group chat for myself and everyone working on this project for an open line of communication should I have had any questions.Carlos and his crew showed up today right on time when they said they would be here. They were all very professional and kind as well (seems to be the norm with employees from this company!!). They worked diligently and were very responsive when I asked questions and even went the extra mile for a side request I had for the old turf that was being replaced.Overall, my experience working with them was unmatched. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about any part of this process. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and the finished product. Our front yard looks Amazing!This is our 2nd successful and beautiful project with Tough Turtle Turf. 2 years ago we had our back yard turf done, so with the knowledge of their expertise, we reached out to them again.From the moment Greg Zamora arrived at our home, and listened to our ideas, he quickly analyzed our yard and provided us with some additional ideas to enhance upon what we were thinking. He measured everything out, drew up our plan, crunched the numbers and voila! Our project was raring to go!Once the project date was scheduled, materials arrived on time, as did the crew. They went straight to work tearing out the old, to bring in the new. The project foreman, Emilio did a wonderful job keeping things flowing and his crew moving. Even though it was in the 80-degree temp range, these guys worked to complete our project. This crewā€™s work ethic and pride were evident in every phase. We found them incredible!Within a matter of days, we have a beautiful new turf and pavers enhanced front yard.     Great design team, took what I had in mind for my yard and turned it into reality. The estimate was within my ballpark (wasnt the cheapest and not the most expensive, very competitive) and the whole process to go from estimate to complete install was simple and quick. The finished product is just amazing. What sold me was there was no hidden details, went over every detail of the process. The turf supplied looks like actual grass and not the fake rolled out carpet grass.

    Since my husband passed a year ago, Iā€™ve neglected our little backyard. My son used to help take care of it before he left for the army so it was hard. I saw tough turtle turf ad on social media and decided to get a quote on our backyard. The customer service were amazing. Got an appointment with Greg quickly. Greg was awesome with coming up with a nice design for my daughter and I. I knew I wanted more turf for my daughter to play and summer time we love to put our inflatable pool. The process took a bit with HOA approval but Megan who helps us set the appointment for installation helps us with everything we needed to give to HOA for their approval which only took few days. We got the approval and installation date set. Let me just say Jose and his guy were amazing with the day of installation. They worked so hard and fast. In the heat. I was in awe how fast they were in just one day and the following day they were done. Blew my mind. They kept the area clean as possible and not in the way of other neighbors. They kept a line of open communication with me. I truly had the best experience with these guys and Megan. My daughter love her new backyard and canā€™t wait to bring out her pool.

    Great work! Greg designed the plan and the crew executed the install quickly in one day. It was amazing how they systematically delivered the product & supplies, removed the dirt, delivered a dump truck of rock, removed my old dirt with a bobcat and the dump truck, prepped the ground and finished the installation. Perfectly orchestrated with many moving parts. I had no idea the amount of work that went into the turf install or how great it would look now. Tough Turtle was extremely professional, delivered a great looking product and transformed my front yard from dirt and weeds to a maintenance free, lush looking green oasis.     Competitively priced. Provided turf options based on our budget. Salesperson (Kai) was diligent, found a hole in our front yard and identified the potential price increase b/c of gopher problem (it wasnt gopher hole, but the for sale sign),. Saleperson wasnt pushy at all, no follow up calls. I called him after 2 weeks after we had the roof fixed and he honored a small discount the quoted us at. The installation team came in and turned it around in 3 days - very efficient and clean. Looks great.

    Weve struggled to keep our yard from having dry spots over summer and were done paying high water bills. We have a very complicated work schedule and Nate was willing to work around the times that we requested. On the day of the install the workers came on the time that we scheduled and we courteous of the property and clean up leaving us with no extra work.

    Brandon & Greg were awesome. The yard looks amazing! They put in gopher mesh and so far itā€™s kept gophers from coming up through the turf.     I just want to take some time out of my hectic schedule to talk about my great experience and my perceived value with ToughTurtle Turf. Turf is something I have been considering a while, doing my research and due diligence. I got multiple bids from a few of the industry leaders and though they werent the cheapest, I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with ToughTurtle Turf. It started with my salesman Mike who discussed financing options and design, and drew a footprint that made the project really come to life. What began as my idea of just turfing my yard ended up to be a very functional stone paver patio with a fire pit surrounded by cool blade (their signature product). Miguel was my installer and I have never seen a group of young men work so hard from sun up to sun down. Work ethic like that appears to be a lost art these days. Greg was my project manager and was attentive and communicated throughout the project. In a day and age where Im constantly over promised and products and services under deliver...these guys are the REAL DEAL! My dogs and I spend so much more time outdoors now and when my grandkids visit they play all day getting them away from their electronic devices, which to me, was worth every penny. Never been compelled to leave a review even though I should have written numerous poor reviews, but I cannot say enough great things about this company.

    I highly recommend Tough Turtle Turf. When they orginally laid the grass, it had a defect in the turf that looked as if it was a big long burn. When I asked about it they came back patched it up. It looked a little better but you could see the patch. Because of COVID, I was going to bother but decided I would post a review. When Tough Turtle saw my review they contacted me to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. And since I wasnt, they come back and replaced it with all new turf! I am very happy with they way the handled the problem and it shows that they care about their customers and their company. They clearly want all us to be 100% satisfied. What more could you want?! Oh, plus the new grass they put it looks great!

    Pat and my husband are now buddies. Pat is super personable. He coordinated our turf installation. If we had a question my husband could call him up and if he didnt know an answer he would call him back after he figured it out. Those who installed the turf worked quickly. The process took three days. Overall we had a good experience working with turtle turf. Neighbors have been complimenting our yard.

    We recently had turf installed with Tough Turtle Turf. I called the company to get a quote for our back yard, they sent a salesman to meet with me just a couple of days later. The salesman and I walked through my back yard together, I gave him detailed plans of what I was planning to do with the turf. We chose a date for installation, on that day, 3-5 men showed up and worked very hard to get the job done. We ran into a miscommunication issue, but Tough Turtle was quick to reach out and work with us. I would use them again, the turf looks great and their customer service is top notch.

    We happened to have the owner come to our home for an estimate for Tough Turtle Turf. We liked him very much and he gave us a fair offer to install the grass. Our experience with the company was excellent. They came on time, four men worked very hard to remove the old grass and prepare the surface for the Turtle Turf. They were efficient and neat. The project was completed within two days. The quality and warranty for the product we selected is excellent. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.
