    We were eager to sell the home as quickly as possible and were talking to traditional home flippers, but then we met Keith and Griffin from Renovation Realty who immediately made us feel like they were honest and genuine. We selected Renovation Realty and are so glad that we did because they stayed true to what they had originally committed, including fully renovating the home and selling it on the agreed timeline. I have a job that keeps me very busy, so I was relieved that Renovation Realty took the lead on all aspects of the end-to-end process, including handling the home inspection during the sale process, and removing years of accumulated furniture and belongings from the home prior to the renovation. I was impressed with how hands-on the owner, Keith, was at the key points in the process. And our realtor, Diane Margarini, was a proactive communicator and also very pleasant to deal with!

    Professional company, great communication, excellent return on investment. 100% recommend working with them. When my father moved to assisted living, I wanted to ensure that we were able to get as much equity as possible from his home as possible. However, his home was dated and in poor condition. I live on the East Coast and was overwhelmed by the idea of managing a full renovation from thousands of miles away. Im so grateful to have found Renovation Realty. They were professional, easy to work with, and great communicators. Everything was handled beautifully, from planning to construction to sale. They sent me photos throughout the process, so I never had to worry about the progress. The house sold quickly and for top dollar. As a child of an aging parent, I was managing a LOT on my fathers behalf. Because of Renovation Realty, the renovation and sale of his home was straightforward and worry-free.

    Great company to work with if you need to sell and want renovation work! I had a small studio condo that my husband and I wanted to sell. I lost my job (Im in tech) in January and have been out of work ever since, except for side jobs. As much as I loved my place, which had gotten pretty trashed in the past year due to the HOAs crazy endless balcony project, it was time to sell. Fast forward back to when I was jogging in North Park, and I saw a BEAUTIFUL renovation done to an older home. I was blown away and when I saw their sign, I thought I want to work with these people I need to check them out!Long story short, I met with Griffin and Andrew (my realtor). They were very patient and professional. They gave a great presentation, and as of yesterday, my place closed escrow.This company is the real deal. My agent, Andrew Plante, followed up with me every step of the way through the process. My husband, who is a picky customer, watched me work with them, and he is thinking of having this company help him sell his place when its time.

    My review is coming from the other side of using Renovation Realty. I bought a house that was listed by Renovation Realty. They put $200,000 worth of renovations into this house. It has beautiful bathrooms, a modern kitchen, new flooring, new carpets, new paint, the whole shebang. They do a really nice job of their renovations and it is the reason we bought this house. It looks so good!The reason I am writing this review is because of the follow-up work that they have done for us. Renovation Realty has a 1-year warranty on workmanship. Their renovations are great but when a house is being renovated as quickly as possible to sell, some things get missed along the way. This is where I was really impressed. There was an outdoor light fixture that wasnt connected to the switch. I called Renovation Realty and was put in direct contact with Griffin who is the owner and oversees construction. He had an electrician out the next day to connect the light. I mentioned that a couple of the bedroom doors were scraping on the new carpet that was installed. Griffin had someone come over a couple of days later to shave down the doors. One of the shower doors needed to be adjusted because the glass was making noise when opening and shutting it. Griffin had someone come out the next day to adjust it. I have never dealt with a company or contractor who has been so responsive and actually follows through. Just to be clear, they will only come and fix things that they have worked on. They do not charge for these fixes. Do not hesitate to buy a house from Renovation Realty. They will take good care of you so you can have peace of mind when buying from them.

    In early 2023 we hired renovation realty to renovate my mother-in-laws house in San Carlos San Diego. The house was roughly 70 years old and was in need of significant upgrades and a full remodel. Prior to hiring renovation realty we met with them and reviewed a very nicely organized three-ring binder with all the details of what they would do how they would do it to improve the value of the house and to increase our net payout. The presentation was very professional and there were extensive details on the whole process. Once we agreed to hire them, they provided a very detailed statement of work and had a construction crew at the home site within 2 weeks. Renovation realty stated that because of the extensive nature of the remodel it would take 60 days to complete. There was not a single part of the house that was untouched except the walls. And after 60 days they did finish on time which astounded us. Throughout the renovation process we had full support from Keith Christian the CEO and his son Griffin. We were assigned a project manager, Rick Comrie, fully understands customer service and kept the project on track. Once the house was ready for showing a seamlessly hired a professional photographer crew to get great pictures of the house including drone shots. They also, without a hiccup, had the house staged. We then started working with the renovation realty realtor, Zora Urieff, steady hand, guidance, marketing of the house pay dividends in a full price sale within 10 days. If all this wasnt enough they then switched a transaction coordinator into the picture, Alicia Braun, who coordinated our journey through escrow.All in all, I cant say enough good things about renovation realty. From the initial start through the sale of the property. One of the main goals of this company is to increase the payout to the homeowner and they did that in spades.

    We are very happy with the outcome choosing Renovation Realty (RR). The company brought to the table a program for home renovation to property sale. We did not have to deal with multiple parties and vendors. We reviewed each line item of the contract and dropped some proposed items. The total expenditures and timeline targets were also reviewed before the contract was signed to avoid inflated expectations. Renovation Realty had skin in the game: the cost of the renovation was payable upon the sale of the property. Since RR was the selling broker, it was to each parties interest to put out a reasonably priced listing.Thank you, Griffin, Zora and the Renovation Realty team – you exceeded our expectations!We highly recommend Renovation Realty to any homeowner who does not have the time or patience to renovate and sell their home.

    Renovation Realty provides a valuable service to sellers that do not have the funds to renovate their home in order to get it sold. As a Realtor working alongside them to get a listing sold, they were instrumental in doing what was necessary to make that happen. We worked together and they supported my efforts to market the property and get it sold. I hope to work with them again in the future.

    Renovation Realty provided me a way to sell my house without any problems. They did not ask for any up-front payments which was one of my biggest concerns. Their designers and construction staff brought a 50-year-old house up to current buyer expectations. Their in-house real estate agent, Andrew Plante, quickly brought in a fairly large number of attractive offers. He responded to problems and questions immediately. I was impressed by the work of everyone involved and heartily recommend contacting them if you have a house that needs a bit of TLC or major renovation.

    We had a HREAT experience with Renovation Reality. We needed something done within a short period of time to get the best value from our parents home, which was out dated. Griffen (owner/contractor) did an AMAZING JOB. he was directly involved in the entire process, was transparent, met every deadline, and followed through with everything. Their service was Outstanding with open communication through process. the house was unrecognizeable and completed in 30 days. Lisa (Realestate Agenet did a great job, the market wasnt at its peak and it was during the holiday season, but we were able to increase the value WELL BEYOND the investment AND GET TOP DOLLAR.     I would highly recommend renovation realty to anyone contemplating selling their home. I love the model, not having to front money for renovations and it coming off the back end when the house is sold. Gives folks the ability to get house in sale ready condition with no inital investment. Griffin is expert at recommending just the right amount of renovation that will bring top sale price with out do work that will not add to sales price.     We hired Renovation Realty to fully renovate & sell our home of 26 years & we could not be happier with the results! We needed to move out of state to become caregivers for my 90 year old parents. Our home needed quite a bit of work- a complete renovation upstairs & down from a complete new kitchen and family room to full renovations of all bathrooms. In doing our due diligence & reference checks, we were told over & over that John Picot & his team would make it happen professionally, on time & within budget. We met with John, Mirna & Carlos and felt very comfortable with their attention to detail & professionalism. They put together a scope of work on their recommendations for what needed to be done. They itemized every single aspect of what went into each individual area in regard to both materials & price. We checked their pricing and found it be be reasonable to other bids. The vison that Mirna presented was fresh & highly creative, and I must say now, was the touch that put us over the top. She was a delight to work with! The quality construction and attention to detail that Carlos and his team provided was also top shelf - and on time! The end result was stunningly beautiful. John was insistent that we raise the asking price and confident that we would get it even though all other comps in the area were much lower. The house went on the market on a Friday, an open house was held on Saturday & we had a full price offer on Sunday. Since we were in Arizona, John kept us updated throughout the entire process with almost daily phone calls and emails including photos. I would not hesitate to recommend John Picot & his Renovation Realty team to anyone!

    We purchased our home over a year ago from a seller who used Renovation Realty to renovate the home and we couldnt be happier. I wanted to wait to write a review until we had owned the home for a while so could see how the renovation held up. They had done a complete remodel and guaranteed their score of work for one year. Well its one year later and the home still looks and feels brand new. Renovation Realtys work was all well done in a processional manner.     We used Renovation Realty to help us salvage and sell our family home, which had been rented by tenants who abused the property. During our initial meeting, which included the project presentation, Keith Christian (general manager) and Griffin Christian (director of construction) explained to us that after walking though the property, they would be able to renovate and list our home in a month’s time. They presented us with a 3-ring binder with everything pertinent to the renovations and selling of our beloved home including estimated costs based on what they saw, comps of the neighborhood, and color photos to show what changes they were going to make to the house from previous jobs so we could get a visual understanding. Griffin walked us though a detailed PowerPoint of the property and showed us all the things that were to be addressed.After that meeting we decided to have them renovate our home. We were very happy that they had a clear plan, a specific timeline and already had a construction team ready to start. We had a lot of questions that Keith and Griffin patiently answered. Thankfully for our situation there was nothing that required pulling a permit. As an additional variable, CoVid had hit but we were only at the “no shaking hands” phase. We discussed the potential of worst-case scenario during our meeting. Griffin explained that he was already aware of supply chain delays hitting the construction industry but assured us that his crew, who lived near our home coincidently, would still be able to stay on his projected timeline. Any supplies they would need were either already in their possession or were locally accessible. There was no way to know how our state would fare in the proceeding weeks but Keith and Griffin were already prepared and the completion of our home was on time. Incredible foresight on their part and surely a sign of seasoned professionals prepared for worst-case scenarios.Renovation Realty was so thorough with their project projections; they didn’t need us to do anything while they worked. They had planned for everything. If something popped us during construction, for example we had a roof leak that appeared during construction only because of an unusually rainy week. The team reached out to us with pictures of the issue, quotes, a person to do it and a projected timeline. We agreed, did a docusign, and then they returned to work. We did not have much pop up unexpectedly but what did happen was presented with a plan, addressed and then resolved. When the work was done, the home was staged impeccably bringing the house back to life. The staging highlighted the quality work of the construction team and the unique features that made our home special. Our home was listed and received 9 offers within one weekend.Looking back, what really stands out for our family is that we felt like our home was the only one Renovation Realty was working on. If we had questions they were answered immediately. Jacqueline Morgan (escrow), Kelly Baxley (office staff) and Alicia Braun (compliance) were great at communicating with us. Our selling agent, Zora Urieff, was also very kind and patient. She made sure we understood the uniqueness of each offer submitted and supported us as we made our decisions.
