True Power Electric is a quality company, Pedro is very good @ what he does, he is professional, courteous, respectful of your property, and he arrives @ the time he said he would, great pricing, I have used True power electric before when I was in a jam late in the evening Pedro came out and fixed my home right up and now I dont call anyone else, Pedro is my electrician

Having Pedro fix my issue was by far the easiest experience I had with an electrician. I had a very annoying issue with a brand new electric dryer and didnt know if the dryer or the outlet was the problem. I called several companies and they either didnt answer my questions or they were not willing to adjust to my work schedule.I called him True Power on Friday, and Pedro agreed to come out the same day. Because I could not get home until late at night, we rescheduled for the next morning.Once he completed his safety checks, he diagnosed the problem quickly. He found that the wires to the 240V plug had been connected incorrectly. Also, the screws were not designed for completely different use, and the outlet box was pushed inside the wall instead of being flush with it.He fixed the box position to be level with the wall, corrected the wiring, taped off the additional unused wires, and labeled the wires for any future electricians to know which was which. He even patched up the holes and damage in the drywall around the outlet.Now everything works great and looks great! I appreciate Pedros responsiveness (he answered the phone every time) and his punctuality (he was willing to come later the same day and still arrived on time when I rescheduled) and the quality of his work (the problem was diagnosed and fixed). I would call Pedro any time for electrical issues and would highly recommend him to anyone else.
