    Dave and his Dad, were very knowledgeable about spas and educated us wisely. We ended up buying the premium spa and couldn’t be more satisfied. Dave came buy before delivery and advised us to build a leveling platform for the spa to rest on. So glad he caught this issue early, as it would have caused a delay for installation. I built it and he delivered on schedule. Couldn’t be more please with his help and knowledge. Thanks Dave and I highly recommend them and the CalSpa products. Shout out to the manufacturer who has built an excellent product in the U.S.A!

    Bought our hot tub from these folks before Covid started. It’s been working great, but of course with anything. Six or seven years old a little bit of maintenance needs happen and they are fantastic with troubleshooting and have saved me a bunch of money being able to work on things myself. They had the best price in the area and their helpfulness service is incredible. Check them out!

No matter what spa you get, whether it be $5k or $25k, it can have issues such as faulty parts, leaks created during delivery, manufacturing defects, etc. what you want more than anything is someone to back you when/if things go wrong. We looked at a lot of spas and a lot of sellers (dealers, direct-to-consumer, private sale secondhand). What was overwhelming apparent when talking to David at Spa doctors was that the satisfaction of his customers with his product and service was paramount. His prices were excellent, his reviews are the highest in the region, AND he delivered installed it the next week which is some wild turn around even for an in stock tub from a dealer.Most places will try to incentivise you with free steps, cover, and delivery.He did all that, added a cover lift, starter chemicals, and then filled the tub to make sure it was functioning well and gave me a tutorial on its functions and chemical care before leaving. Really the most bang for buck.He also made pricing easy and transparent and gave detailed sheets on what would need to be in place for the delivery and install.I have to give the disclaimer that it is only day one but the browsing, purchasing, and delivery/install experience has been perfect.

    We had been wanting to a hot tub for a while but something always came up. We’d been to the high pressure high dollar stores and to the close out shows. We walked in to spa doctor last year. David and his staff were very knowledgeable, personable and definitely no nonsense. Once again something came up and we weren’t able to purchase. Fast forward one year and we were finally ready. Called him and he answered all of our questions. We went in on a Saturday, picked out our tub and were soaking Monday evening. He took care of everything and thoroughly explained care and maintenance. Everything is great but I know if we need him he will be there. We got the best customer service whether we bought or not and can’t say enough good things about David and his staff.

    Great people to do business with.Communication after the sale was great.Came with Cal Spa Hot Tub this morning as promised. Great job in set up and already enjoying the experience of 220 volt pumps which delivers great jet volume vs our previous 110 volt pump.Glad David took time to not only explain the difference but show me the difference with a tub they had set up in the show room.Thanks David

    Gary is the first point of contact he is very knowledgeable and will walk you through your wants and needs to get the perfect spa. David and Issac are professional, thorough, clean and very patient installers. Each step of the installation was explained in detail, they went over all of the maintenance, operation and chemical needs to keep my spa in good condition. I was going to go with another company but the warranty was too short. The warranty for my spa is 5 for electric, 7 yrs for the cover and 10 years for the shell. The service alone is worth using this company and it was $3k less with the electric to the Spa hookup by Spa Doctors for no extra charge.

    I spoke with Dave on Thursday, met him at the store on Saturday, had my hot tub installed on Wednesday. Wow! Less than a week! It doesn’t get much better than that. This is my first hot tub so I asked many questions. Dave was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.We had an issue with one of our headrests a few days in and he replaced it for us even though they are not under warranty. Speedy responses every single time!We are looking forward to enjoying our new hot tub.Thanks Dave and Team!

    Had a great experience trying to find a part for my spa. I had been through several other local spa Companies and repair shops and nobody could give me a direct answer. Came in and replacement part was identified within minutes, and even though the part was not available in stock, for faster service he referred me to where I could find it at the best price online. Not always a common business with business, but I feel like the customer service was incredible, due to how fast they were able to identify exactly what I needed, and referred me to where I could find it the fastest and the cheapest price. Putting my customer service over the sale, Not many businesses do that anymore. I will return to spa doctors for any help or parts needed in the future. Thanks for the great experience

    Ive seen some business ran well in my life... but Spa doctors is one of the best. They worked with me for probably 2 months on picking the tub, giving me specs so our contractor could build the deck, get the wiring ready, and get the tub set. Watching them set the tub was a work of art honestly lol. Almost immediate responses during and even after business hours. A true turn key product and a great family business. 10/10 would recommend.

    Thank you to David for diagnosing the problem with my Jacuzzi jet tub over the phone. He then called the parts supplier to get the part numbers and gave me the numbers so I could purchase the parts and have them shipped to me. When the parts arrived he came out and installed them in less than an hour and my jets were back in action! Our house was under contact and the buyer really wanted this tub in working order so David was prompt with scheduling the repair and even arrived early. I highly recommend Spa Doctors.     We started looking at Hot Tubs in June, we decided with all this COVID stuff to purchase one since wed be staying home alot. Spa Doctors was the first actual store we went into. I had done some research online before going and had an idea of what I was looking for. I actually hate shopping, I would much rather order stuff, so I was ready to have a bad experience, but I cant say that happened. Our experience was anything but bad!!! There wasnt a lot on the showroom floor, because everyone is like me, and decided they needed hot tubs. However, a two person tub, just like I had been looking at online was there. It was meant to be. David was amazing at answering all of our questions, and were hot tub newbies, so we had a lot. The tub was installed less than a week later, and again David and his staff were excellent. He walked me threw the whole process and the men helping him were extremely polite and professional. They had the tub installed and filled, ready to go in less than an hour. Any messages Ive had to send to ask more questions have been answered within minutes. Ive recommend several people that have been looking for tubs to go here. One of these days, when we upgrade, well go back to David and Spa Doctors, there will be no shopping around for us. We love, love, love our tub. I feel like its improved our lives, and I tell everybody that they need a hot tub.

    I have been a customer of Spa Doctors for several years starting with them servicing two hot tubs that I did not purchase there. That experience has been nothing but stellar! David, the owner always goes the extra mile to tell me what to do to my spa before he has to come out and service it thereby eliminating a service charge for me and usually, hes 99.9% accurate. The only time he has to come out is when I cant follow his directions LOL ..but that being said my older Spa finally gave out and I purchased a new spa from Spa Doctors ..I did EXTENSIVE research by visiting EVERY hot tub dealer in the area and I must say that Spa Drs. offers the most comprehensive spa packages in our area..I was assisted with easy financing options and the ordering process through the delivery and set up was seamless and enjoyable..I highly recommend Spa Doctors!!

    If you could give the Spa Doctors a better than five star review I would definitely do so. Over the past 30 plus years I have had several hot tubs. My children grew up with a hot tub. And now that I am older I use mine for therapeutic purposes as well as relaxation. About 4 months back I was having trouble with my current hot tub. It is an older model Cal Spa. I have used the Spa Doctors several times over the years to help me with repairs. Always efficient, always courteous. And always fixing the problem. I have been through four motors on this particular Spa. David and his dad did the first one about 20 years ago. Through numerous phone calls and visits to their shop, either David or his father tutored me on how to do some of my own repairs. So most recently my spa wasnt heating up. Being impatient and wanting it fixed ASAP.. I called David but it was going to be a week before he could get there because they were just so busy. My first mistake through what was going to be a long and very unsatisfactory ordeal, was to reach out to Water by Design. They promised me there would be no problems and they would be glad to repair my spa. Before they would come over I had to pay $160 service fee just for them to show up. I gave you my credit card payment over the phone to ensure they would keep the appointment. What...That Monday two guys. One supposedly a technician the other one in training. The only thing they told me was that this was a really old hot tub. And that they didnt know if they could get parts for it. In the less than 10 minutes that they were there they pointed out what could possibly be a bad sensor. Their office would call me. Fastest $160 I ever spent for nothing. I got no return calls. I got one email after my six or eight attempted failed calls to reach them back. That was to inform me that they could not find or get get parts for My Spa. And then nothing. Okay. But Ive been getting parts for my spa for the past 20 years. I even got the part that they told me they thought could be my problem. Which turns out was not my problem. I apologize. This is a really long review. And theres a whole lot more to it.. but this is why I am leaving a review. The spa doctors are actually three generations of spa guys. They know their stuff. Always kind, always courteous, and most of all extremely knowledgeable. So when David could work me in he and his son came over. Service call was $140. What I got for that $140 was a repaired and revitalized Spa. David and his son spent at least an hour tracing wires and tracking down the problem. I had already replaced several parts myself. It was determined that the part that was recommended was not the problem at all .David replaced that part with the old part that I took out because it was working just fine. He didnt find anything else wrong.Didnt have to spend another dime on parts. Wasnt really charged for the whole hour of service only the service fee. Got what I paid for and then some. Amazing. What a difference the right person for the job makes! Thanks to David and the spa doctors for being such a reputable, honest, and customer focused business. When this one finally gives out, I will not hesitate to purchase a brand new Spa from these guys. Im grateful and very much appreciate it. No need for me to ever look any further. I am sold.

    I had heard about how fabulous Spa Doctors were from a friend who had purchased through them.She raved about the professionalism and service. Due to a situation, someone I knew was selling a spa purchased through them. We were able to buy it. I called the owner, David, and within one weeks time the spa was picked up PROFESSIONALLY I must add, and taken to its new home, completely secure and at an unbelievable price. The staff were so nice and helpful, professional, accommodating, and precise. You can tell they simply have it together. I can not recommend them enough.Also I must add we had another hot tub moved a while back and to say it was a week long nightmare is an understatement by a moving company. It was a total joke. Disaster. Do NOT call a moving company, call Spa doctors. Do not purchase from a warehouse “sale” either. 1…. It’s not a “sell” and 2….. you will NEVER have better service than Spa dr.     David and his crew did a perfect job of installing the tub and showing us how to manage the chemicals needed to keep it in optimum shape. As it turned out, the tub had a defective pump, a fact that didnt show up until the day after installation. Going above and beyond reasonable expectations, David came out that same afternoon and replaced the faulty part and stuck around well into the evening to be sure the system was working right. Truly exemplary service!!!Addendum (May 2021): I want to add another example of super follow-up service. We had an issue involving specific chemicals for the hot tub, and David was on it **instantly**! He dealt with the problem perfectly and with no questions asked. Other businesses could well use Spa Doctors as a model for customer service.
