A would give them a million stars if I could. My electric hot water heater went out last night, Im leaving for New Jersey on Thursday! I called Chris this morning at around 930 and as Im writing this at 542 at night I have a BRAND new hot water heater installed and hot water!The service is out of this world.Unfortunately for me, it wasnt a simple fix or replacement. As a single woman homeowner, I expect people to try to take advantage of me but that is the LAST thing Chris did. He arrived at my house around 1 and was honest with me, told me my options. He even left to give me time to let me do research and think on it. He even said if I wanted to get another plumbers opinion, to do that.I called him back after talking to my parents and doing some research and decided to go ahead with a full replacement.I didnt feel rushed or pressured at any point. I didnt feel scammed or taken advantage of. I recommend this company and Chris to ALL people in the area. He is a genuine, honest, hard working man who will have your best interest in mind.

I called Gene later in the evening on a Friday. I was assuming it wouldnt be till Tuesday to get to my issue. Gene said he could get to me on a Saturday. Saturday came and Gene showed up bright and early. Now this right here is what sets him apart from the competition. Gene is extremely honest and easy going. I was expecting him to tell me I needed a new tank amongst other things (Which was not the case) Gene fixed a valve and everything was good as new. 100% have now found my go to plumber. Awesome guy and gives you straight talk and details. Thanks Gene

Absolute lifesavers! Came and did a clean-out and solved the backed up pipe issue, THEN, stayed on and installed my washer and dryer, after the deliver/installation guys noped out because the smell. Total professionals, absolutely will use their services again.

Thank you Gene. Another great job at an affordable price. Gene has replaced all of our lines under our kitchen sink which was a nightmare due to a prior do it yourself plumber. He replaced our hot water heater on another occasion and fixed a leak under our floor on this last call. He is always punctual and honest. We thank you for your awesome work!!

I can’t say thank you enough. This is an old school father and son owned company. Both were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help with my problem. They answer their phones, return messages and follow up. They were quick to address my issue and helped to find a veteran owned excavation company for future preventative maintenance planning. Two days after Christmas my kitchen sink and disposal backs up while Im washing dishes and running the dishwasher. My own attempt to plunge it fails. I called Gene at apx 1:30 p.m. He was on a job at a local business but said he would come to the house when he was finished there. He arrived about two hours later, spent 45 minutes clearing the main drain line coming from the kitchen. As he was leaving he said he was headed to another job, to thaw a well pump, it has been miserably cold here for nearly a week. All this on his birthday no less. Thank you Gene for seeing to it I could use my kitchen tonight.* * * * * 5 more starsGene and Chris come through for me AGAIN!!! On new years eve, our hot water heater went out, thankfully not until all our Christmas company had returned to their own homes. We limped the water heater along, hitting the reset button and taking short quick showers. Today we went to the local home store and bought a replacement and necessary parts. Once home, my husband decided he really did NOT want to undertake the task. I called Gene... in less than 2 hours he and Chris were here and spent nearly 2 hours removing the old one and installing the new. The old one was a huge monster 80 gallons big, it was a big heavy job for two grown men, Im not so sure my husband would have fared as well with only me as his help. Thank you Gene and Chris!

I called Gene about a suspected root problem in the sewer line. He ran the roto rooter through the line several times and removed the roots. He verified water flowed freely before stowing his gear and departing. He also recommended a product to kill the roots. He fid a great job and was very professional. Thanks Gene.
