    WSI is the only company I like to work on my coffee shop equipment and for espresso machine repair and commercial refrigeration repair. Had an espresso machine go out first thing on a Monday morning and he was here promptly, diagnosed the problem and had me up and running with a new part ordered within a half hour. Had a hinge break on my commercial refrigerator and he came and got it fixed without me having any down time.

    Gary came and fixed my two door commercial refrigerator on the same day that I called! He even took the extra time to look at my hood vent fan and was able to fix that! Great service, extremely knowledgeable, and a great guy! Definitely will call again and definitely recommend!

    I’ve used Gary for a long time. He does excellent work, very fast and efficient. I’ve had him do repairs to deep fryers, griddles, walk-in freezer units, among many other things.     Gary has helped us at least four times, each job more complicated than the next eg: True freezer compressor, walk-in cooler and ice machine etc. He is always available for weekend emergencies --of course, thats when we needed him lol

    Gary Warren came out on the weekend to fix our refrigerated prep table. He was unbelievable in his expertise. He fixed the issue and gave our RPT new life. We are so happy with his work and very reasonable pricing. We will be calling him for all our equipment repairs. We highly recommend him as he is good to his word.

    Gary showed up on time and responded quickly when our commercial refrigerator walk-in cooler went down. Other local repair services scheduled a repair and then delayed multiple times. Gary offered to come the same day even while on vacation but we told him we could make it until Monday. He was professional and knowledgeable, the man knows his stuff!!!! We will be using him exclusively going forward!!!

    Mr. Warren was very responsive and came late at night, on a Sunday evening, to help repair our water heater. He was very knowledgeable, quick, professional and went above and beyond by educating and explaining a lot of it to us. Would highly recommend to anyone. Hard to come across a business with such integrity. (Even if he’s a chiefs fan haha)

    Gary is such a wonderful person! Our TurboChef went out at our pool on Fort Leonard Wood and Gary came out to check it out. First thing I notice was he was 15mins early and was ready to work. As he opened the machine he was getting errors he couldn’t find in the manual, so he called TurboChef to figure out if it was all connected and not another issue. He was very thorough and made sure no other parts needed to be replaced. He was able to order the part and came out the following day to fix the machine. Our TurboChef runs like it’s brand new.We will forever use Gary for any repairs we have in our facilities!Thank you for your professionalism and all you do for our community!
