We hired Duncan Electrical Service to have our interior and exterior pot lights installed. The experience was wonderful from the moment I called them to receive a quote to the finished installation. Their prices are very competitive and their service professional. They were very tidy during their visit, which is very important to me. I would highly recommend them and am using them the second time for the new home I have purchased. Dont hesitate to use them.

James is very knowledgeable from how to fix things to how to explain things to customers. He is prompt in his help too - always open to squeezing me in. I appreciate the service of sending a photo and a brief profile of the technician who will be arriving. Because my technician arrived early, I was able to fully convey my predicament. He got right to work and was done in under an hour. He was kind and considerate of my property. I was quite happy with the service. I requested a quote for some future work from him.

We needed to solve a circuit overload issue, and James - with his assistant- did an outstanding job explaining our options and then getting the work done quickly and correctly. They even switched out an outside light at no charge (after writing up the invoice... so, *really* no charge).I will look no further when in need of electrical work in the future.
