Frank is an excellent home inspector. He arrives on time as scheduled; is thorough, pleasant and professional. As a Realtor, I appreciate the paperless reports with photos that my clients and I receive the same day as the inspection is performed. Frank is also a licensed Electrician, which gives my clients extra confidence. A bonus is you can schedule and pay online at his website. A home is your biggest financial investment, be sure you know what you are buying!

Frank was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be sharing his information with friends and family. His report was very thorough and I appreciated the attention to detail. The inspection report was easy to understand and the pictures he provided on the inspection report made it easy to understand the location of what he was reporting on.

I can’t recommend Frank enough! He is the real deal! As a former Realtor and now in the title industry anytime someone needs a home inspector, I send them to Frank. He is a home inspector that will not kill a deal! Which is HUGE! Very thorough, professional, he is a licensed electrician, and even inspects mobile homes! Everyone that I send to Frank is always pleased and you will be to with his services!
