    Absolutely phenomenal. The BEST service I’ve received from any service provider, ever. Professional, kind, polite, knowledgable and very customer-service oriented. The people who answer the phones and schedule appointments are fantastic, their notification system for the technicians arrival and scheduled date/time is wonderful, and the technicians themselves were amazing. I cannot fully express how impressed I am by their service. Our first technician, Patrick, was great and when the problem could not be fully diagnosed he recommended Matthew who he said was more knowledgeable about our particular system. Matthew was outstanding and even knowledgeable about navigating our home warranty to ensure we didn’t incur additional costs. I will be recommending this company to friends, family, and honestly anyone who needs a recommendation for this kind of service. 10/10!!

    I just wanted to share that my furnace had issues and would not stay on. This isnt good in the dead of winter. Matthew came out and did a wonderful job at repairing this issue. So far all is working well. Not only was he very knowledgeable and efficient, but he took the time to explain the issue and what was done to prepare it. Even showed pictures. He was very friendly and very professional. He gave a 5+ star treatment.

    Budget heating and cooling was a very reliable and and honest company. They did an amazing job fixing out broken toilet flange. They were willing to use a flange with a stainless steel ring and used a pvc coupling rather than a rubber coupling. They stood behind there work and are truly in the business of costumer satisfaction and putting there customer first.

    The guy showed up. Both of them are very polite did not mind me watching them working and answered all my questions even down to the simplest ones. Both guys went above and beyond to get my families house back up and running with the new system. I highly recommend using this company for your HVAC system for service or replacement. I give both the gentleman two thumbs up and an A+ for there hard work.

    So impressive! They came when they said they would and even called to let me know they where on their way. The gentleman did not stop working on my water heater until he had it fixed! I am so bad with names I wish I could remember his name because he certainly went above and beyond! It was sleeting outside this evening and he was still doing service calls when he left my home.     We were assigned budget following a request for second opinion with our warranty company. Budget has performed work for us in the past and always does a great job, so I was pleased with the assignment. As per usual, the technician was polite and knowledgeable which we are grateful. The repair went great as well. Not much time lapsed between getting the authorization and the actual scheduling of the appointment too. Budget is my go to. Love the work!

    Chris was Very professional, thorough and on time. He coordinated with my home warranty, did the inspection, texted; emails, automated. Pretty much all of it start to finish. Their after hours system is textbook. Overall, I couldnt ask for anything better. As I mentioned, Chris was very professional. I wouldnt hesitate to use Budget again.     Budget HCP was assigned to us through our home warranty company. This was the second company dispatched for our AC unit. Our technician was super nice & knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue that the other company didn’t in less than 5 minutes! Our technician walked me through everything & explained how HVAC systems work to make sure I understood what was going on with the AC/HVAC system. Would definitely recommend this company to others!

    Matt arrived earlier than the expected time introduced himself and was quite pleasant. He went right to the unit to take a look at it, got it moving and then it shut off again. Took a look at the outside unit cleaned it up gave me a full explanation of what was occurring and what the next steps are. In the past I’ve had other companies come out for service, however they never seemed as precise as budget and always wanted to charge for something extra. I only use Budget now and have been for a number of years. You can’t go wrong using Budget.

    The plumber did an outstanding job of identifying the issue. The issue was not my water tank leaking; however, it was condensation coming from a hose attached to the rear exterior of my furnace. When the A/C is on, the hose had not been turned the correct way for the condensation to be discharged into the hose. This caused a minor leak on my floor which appeared to come from the water tank; however, this was not the case. The hose was turned the correct way and it appears the matter has been corrected. No additional leaks discovered. The plumbing technician was relentless and diligent with identifying the problem. I was incredibly appreciative of his efforts to determine the issue. THANK YOU!!

    We purchased our HVAC system from Budget in 2019 and have been very pleased with it overall, except recently the AC unit was making a strange noise. The unit sits on an elevated pad which I wanted it to be out on the ground at install but the tech did not have time to change that out. He told me that he would do it at a later date if it bothered us. Budget was quick to fulfill this request and Justin came out to put the unit on the ground. It looks so much better now, but the best part is it is now so quiet when it runs! Beyond happy with the 5-star service the team at Budget provided. Thanks so much Cassidy and Justin!!!

    This company is simply great to work with! Their pricing is reasonable and they have a lot of staff, so theyre able to schedule estimates and work MUCH faster than most companies, which is amazing. I recommend their regular maintenance program, as it helps ensure everything is in good working order year-round.My only complaint would be communication when it involves coordinating with the schedulers AND project managers. Things can get left unanswered and you have to follow-up yourself. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of.Overall, great value, great people, and I will continue to use them for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

    Words cannot describe how amazing Budget Heating and has been with regards to fixing my home. I bought an old house and the day we moved in the HVAC failed.Budget immediately came out and replaced the unit. Very happy with the addition of the UV Filter. One week later my plumbing went haywire. Drain issues along with poorly designed infrastructure. Once again Budget arrived and stabilized and improved my plumbing infrastructure.     Perfect service all around. My air conditioning died the day before a 5-day extreme heat advisory was to begin (of course it did). It was also a Sunday, so I didnt expect anything to happen for at least a couple days, but after I put in my home warranty request, Budget called me less than an hour later - on a Sunday! AND they had a tech available to come out the next day. Wow. The tech showed up early in the arrival window, and completed the job - diagnosis, repair (replaced a motor, a decent sized job) and paperwork complete in about 70 minutes.     This seems to be a good company. They came out on time as promised and was very professional. The work was quick and they didn’t waste a lot of time. The only issue I had, and it was a big one is they told me there would be a $69 service fee for them to come out and tell me what was wrong. After the tech finished going over the system he gave me a price that was $129 more. He said the first fee was a dispatch fee and the other fee was a diagnostic fee. That really irritated me. Aside from that everything else was great.

    We signed up for the Budget Club where they come out twice a year and check out air or furnace. (It really is a good deal). Now to be completely honest, this time we had an early morning appointment and he didnt come at that time. I am not at all patient and I admit there was some mumbling and grumbling on my part. All that went away the moment the tech came to the door. First off he was so friendly and had the biggest smile. Turns out they had a meeting that ran over that morning (we all have been there). He checked everything out quickly (not rushed), made a few suggestions of services we might consider that will add life to our HVAV unit. He was not pushy about it, just explained what and how, then sent us a reasonable quote. He even put up with my husband ( a typical guy that knows nothing about HVACs talking his ear off while the poor guy was trying to work.) Bottom line I highly recommend Budget.
