Answered when I called the first time, gave me clear expectations and idea of possible pricing up front. Showed up when they said, didnt leave till the job was done and explained clearly what the problem was and how they fixed it. All at a fair price! Great experience. 1st class service. Reasonable price. Called at 8am. Received call back in 10 minutes. They put me on the schedule for the day. Called to keep me posted as they were running late but would call when they were on way. Dakota was very very nice guy. Even with a couple of unforseen issues finished the job timely, cleaned up afterwards. Ps, replaced a failed hot water tank. I highly recommend them. They are on my speed dial now.

Citywide Plumbing was a blessing. Has a hot water tank that went out. Robbie was very pleasant and did an amazing job replacing it. Didnt take long either. Very knowledgeable and very hard working. Please keep him around he knows what he is doing. And.... The price is very very reasonable. My husband and I are satisfied and will recommend Citywide Plumbing to anyone who needs work done. We needed a toilet removed and replaced. They came out quickly and were courteous and professional. The toilet we had purchased was brand new and still in the box. Unfortunately the toilet was broken, but Citywide came back to our home the same day as soon as we exchanged it for another toilet. Price was very reasonable. We now know who to call with any plumbing needs!

Robby installed two toilets for us one went well the other one leaked we had to come back three times to fix it didnt complain about coming back to fix it and still told us to call him back again it if leaks again. He is very professional and is not expensive at all. We would recommend anyone to call Citywide Plumbing

Robby is the BEST. I had been dealing with slow drains and Robby came out and fixed it right up. Partial sewer main clogged but not any more. He was informative, up front and VERY AFFORDABLE! Called and left message regarding a sewer line back up in Troy KS at 1045 on a Sunday. Heard back from Robbie at 1215 and he was out here by 3 to clear the line. He did excellent work, explained his findings, and educated me on how to keep it from happening in the future (our lines are sloped wrong). Will definitely use City Wide in the future and have already recommended them to a friend!Ive used a number of plumbers in the 5-6 years living in the St Joe area and Robbie is by far the most prompt!!! And hes the only one that returned my call on a Sunday!!
