    Rob, Jimmy, and Allyson were great. The pricing was fair, the work was done quickly, and everything was explained properly to me. This is my second time using them and Im sure theyll be my first call if I need a plumber again, they will be my first call.

    Great experience with Outstanding Plumbing. Very professional and knowledgeable. They got me in for my initial service call quickly, and when I decided to go with them (4pm on a Sunday) I actually got a human being on the phone to set up the appointment to have the work done the next day. They had someone at my house by 9am the next morning. Great turnaround time. Best of all, the worker wore booties on his feet. My wife was very pleased about that!

    I had Outstanding Plumbing do my oil to gas heating conversion. They did a GREAT job. They got the permit, reached out to national grid for a meter upgrade, set up the inspection with the town, and did all the work just as promised. Attention to detail is definitely a part of their work. The owner Rob is very knowledgeable and professional as is his entire crew that was at my house. I strongly recommend Outstanding Plumbing to take care of any plumbing needs, especially an oil to gas conversion.

    My elderly parents contacted me last night regarding a leak in their upstairs master bathroom. First thing this morning, at 7:45 a.m., I called Outstanding Plumbing to schedule an appointment. By 8:00 a.m. I was given a same day appointment for my parents. A representative for the company called me later to inform me that the plumber was working on another job and would be at my parents house shortly. I love that this company took the time to call me with a status update! The plumber arrived and I heard my father tell him not to worry about putting on his booties, but he insisted. He was polite and friendly. He gave my parents six different estimates to choose from based on the fixtures, tile work and extent of labor. He also spent time talking with my father about different scenarios for how to approach and fix the problem, which would help save him time and money. I wish more companies were like this! Great friendly, prompt and professional service! Not to mention getting an appointment on the same day before noon!!! It has been a pleasure, thank you so much Outstanding Plumbing!

The owner of the company sets high standards for his team and is a strong supporter of his community.     Fast, professional service with a smile. Rob was great and took the time to diagnose my problem. I was expecting to have walls and ceilings cut into but Rob took a few extra minutes to find out that the problems origin was not where I thought!!!!! Office staff Linda and Lynn were also a pleasure to deal with!!! Will use again without hesitation and I highly recommend the company!!!!! Keep up the great service!!!!

    Outstanding, excellent quality work. Robert Cartelli and his crew are the best. From the office staff to the field technicians they have a quality group of hard working, knowledgeable and trustworthy experts that make what I thought would be a extremely difficult job look easy. They converted my house from Oil and Propane to Natural gas. They installed a new boiler and hot water tank and ran pipe throughout my finished basement. They did a fantastic job. Super professional, clean and precise. They left the job site cleaner then when they arrived. Their expert knowledge of the local inspection practices, permits and National Grid process allowed them to shepherd us through the process with minimal inconvenience. Im glad I chose Outstanding. You should too. Shoot me a message if you want picks of the job or more detail.Its been 10 months since the boiler was replaced and I thought I should update my review. I found that I was having some issues with my thermostats - unrelated to the work that the Outstanding team performed. They came by my house TWICE and helped me troubleshoot the issue. Their technician Robert was able to explain the problem and develop a solution. My Nest thermostats are now working perfectly and my house is toasty on the first cold week of the fall. Again, if you are choosing an HVAC/Plumbing contractor and considering Outstanding do yourself a favor and choose them. Im going to replace my AC system within the next year and know that I will be calling Outstanding to do the work.OK this is starting to read like an infomercial which it is not - but the Outstanding crew is back in my house and updating my old ACs We had 2 25 year old units that went. The Outstanding crew has been in my house all day replacing the attic mounted units. Another great experience.

    Best plumber in Suffolk County, hands down! Attention to the little details is what sets them apart. The plumber Jimmy was courteous, professional, and got my kitchen drain fixed very fast. My co-op required specific insurance certificates and Outstanding got them over immediately. All my expectations were met. No one beats Outstanding!

    Sometimes you don’t realize just how good a job a plumber has done until the day after they finish. That happened to me this morning.I went into the bathroom and turned on the water. I used a new brass handle and it came out of a new brass faucet, and I noticed that the mess that had been around the old handles - they were leaking a bit, and that gunk builds up - was all gone.The new instant hot unit in our kitchen sink was also working, and just as clean.Our plumber, Rob, had cleaned everything before he installed both the new sink fixtures and the instant hot. He also removed the shower handle from the wall - it had been sticking - and told us that it really didn’t need replacement. It’s an old unit, and no longer an off-the-shelf item.But he told us that he would check around and let us know what a replacement unit would cost, if we wanted to buy one.So, hot water, clean bathroom and kitchen, and no troubles. Outstanding Plumbing really lived up to its name. And it’s right here in Smithtown.

    Technician arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgable, and completed the work to my satisfaction in a timely manner. My only issue is that contrary to the websites claim about upfront pricing, I was charged by the hour and not by the job. It was a relatively small job which didnt seem to justify the high rate ($330 for the first hour, $220 for each additional hour). Thankfully, the job was completed within an hour and I was charged exactly what had been quoted.

    Called and were on site in couple of hours during a major snowstorm which I appreciated. Explained what was issue and what needed to be repaired. Also suggested preventive maintenance replacement to avoid future issue. As it was parts only and labor was covered I opted for the additional parts. Would use again.

    I cant speak highly enough about the service I got from Outstanding. I brought them in to upgrade my basement floor board heating and while in the house, they did an inspection of my hot water and heating system and found a few potential big problems... Problems that could have resulted not only in a loss of my heating system going into the winter, but could have potentially cause flooding in my basement had we not caught the problems in advance.Great service and friendly staff. Im going to have them back this month to upgrade my hot water heater.

    We had been having a lot of problems with our Takagi boiler. Many people came but no one could fix it. Thankfully my friend Angel Cardoza recommended Robert. Well, he came and told me that the system had not been installed properly. He made the necessary changes and my boiler is working perfectly.
